I went into the dealership looking to buy a used car for my soon to be 16 year old daughter's first vehicle. During our first visit to the dealership in February, we met Frank Ongaro and shared with him wh my soon to be 16 year old daughter's first vehicle. During our first visit to the dealership in February, we met Frank Ongaro and shared with him what type of car we were looking for and the timeline we were consdering for this purchase. After a few additional visits, we began looking at new vechicles and ended up purchasing a 2012 Altima with some of the extras that made the new driver very happy. There was no pressure applied during the process and I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank (and Brady) to close this deal. Frank was very professional and helpful from the beginning, and shared his knowledgeable and expertise as we considered our different options. He and Brady worked well to meet my expecatations and deliver an overall value package that was a win-win for both parties. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership also displayed a friendly and professional attitude, and went out of their way to make the experience pleasant for us. I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Our experience with Nissan was a great experience. Steve was very friendly, didn't feel any pressure. We laughed and had a very pleasant time. Customer service was excellent! I was greeted as soon as I entered the door. Every question I asked was clearly answered. I had a monthly payment amount in mind & they managed to keep me in the range of wha I entered the door. Every question I asked was clearly answered. Michael helped me to be able to get most options and still kept me with a price I was comfortable with. I am now the proud & happy owner of a 2012 Special Edition Nissan Versa! I was referred to speak with Kyle Potter when I went to the dealership. Kyle who is in the finance department now introduced me to Frank Ongaro. Frank understood exactly what it what I was looking for and since the vehicle I wanted was not in stock at the dealership brought in Justin Garza who located the vehicle I was looking for and once the deal was finalized someone was sent to pick up my vehicle at the other dealership in which the vehicle was located. Vince Triglia completed the financing part of the deal and was very professional. Katie Gajewski made sure that everything went well with the entire process prior to taking delivery of my new vehicle. Exceptional and professional service from all involved. More

My initial contact was with Bryce Meeker, went back a couple of times looking for a used truck. Bryce called me when he found one that he thought I would like. I went in and it was exactly what I wante couple of times looking for a used truck. Bryce called me when he found one that he thought I would like. I went in and it was exactly what I wanted. However, Bryce was tied up with another customer so he turned me over to Roy Cravens. Roy completed the sale and was just as nice and accommodating as Bryce was. We felt very fortunate to have two super top notch sales persons who took excellent care and looked out for my needs and wants.
