Don’t Buy Any Extended Warranty Purchased an extended warranty for the rims/tires on my car. Was told is was “hassle free” and if I was ever to need the warranty it would be a smooth Purchased an extended warranty for the rims/tires on my car. Was told is was “hassle free” and if I was ever to need the warranty it would be a smooth process. Well first of all here we are a week later and I still have a donut on my car. Secondly the warranty company denied the replacement of the tire because “it needed to be replaced anyway.” I wouldnt Be so upset if the salesman didn’t assure me that this was a seamless process and had he explained to me prior to purchase that there were exclusions. So needless to say after paying over $900 for said warranty I still have to pay for my own tire and I’m still driving around on a donut. Save yourself the money and aggravation and DO NOT buy any extended warranty because in the end you will still have to come out of pocket for something. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this dealership when I want a new car. In closing, my service advisor Garrett Gale was very knowledgeable and friendly but that doesn’t negate the fact i was lied to by my salesman for the sake of a sale. More

Waited an hour longer than told After being told it would take 1 hour for service, we decided to wait. It took over 2 hours. Be honest woth customers, I was on a time frame. Great Service Advisor I came to them because my car was lurching back and forth when accelerating. I went to a local mechanic who said he didn't want to deal with it. I too I came to them because my car was lurching back and forth when accelerating. I went to a local mechanic who said he didn't want to deal with it. I took it to an Autozone and they simply read the codes on the machine and immediately told me to go these guys. In the past, I didn't like to go to dealers, because they have a reputation for delivering less than you pay for, but I had never been to these guys. The Autozone guys said that they really know their stuff and recommended them above all of the other dealers in the area. I went and the Service Advisor Mike really helped me out and set it up so that Nissan would cover the transmission. I ended up not having to pay a penny and they took complete care of me the whole time. Great guys and great crew. I will definitely be going back in the future. More
