Service on Quest Service department was very friendly, and quickly returned my vehicle in about an hour. Service was an oil change and balance/rotate tires. Took 1 visit, 4 calls and almost two months to get a key I purchased this vehicle on 10/04 and they could not find the second key. Told me to come back "anytime" and they would make it for me. I came back I purchased this vehicle on 10/04 and they could not find the second key. Told me to come back "anytime" and they would make it for me. I came back a few weeks later on a Saturday and was told that it would take them 3-4 hours to do it. Then told me that they only program keys on Tues and Thurs. Sherif called me and said that he would take care of it. Well 3 calls over a week and a half and they kept giving me excuses why they could not come and get my car to get the key made; which they promised. Only when I vehemently complained and voiced my displeasure did they finally send a porter out to get my car and program my second key. More
don't know not sure about explanation. gps was replaced now it has a message that pops up before map is shown. message says, "caution this unit is in factory not sure about explanation. gps was replaced now it has a message that pops up before map is shown. message says, "caution this unit is in factory mode .please switch to market mode with the factory tool or the after sales tool " Then below that it says "ignore" when I hit ignore then the map appears. when I asked why he said his does the same thing and it was because all the cameras etc that are tied together and the unit goes into sleep mode after a certain length of time, 30 minutes to an hour something like that. well, that is not right because I left there and stopped for gas. so in the length of time to fill the tank, probably 5 minutes, the same message appeared. so once again I had to hit ignore to get the map to work. can't imagine computers being smart enough to do all they do but still can't tell the difference between factory unit and after sale replacement. anyway, nothing was accomplished because before I had to zoom in to get the map, now I have to hit ignore to see the map. looks like Nissan wasted a lot of money on replacement More

It was very thorough. The only complaint is it took too long Andre came up just to say though we were using the service dept. When I need another car Andre will be getting my business. An oil change in another facility would only take 15 minutes at the most. I don't understand if I had an appointment I should be in and out in know time. More

The Fuccillo Nissan Team is very polite especially Deanna. I did it, because I always have a good service even though is more expensive than other NISSAN Dealers. I've been going there for more than twelve yea I did it, because I always have a good service even though is more expensive than other NISSAN Dealers. I've been going there for more than twelve years, and my advice is to reduce the price of Oil Service and be more competitive.
