Tires had flat spots in the from the vehicle sitting so long at the dealership. They were remounted and balanced prior to purchase. Took the car back to the dealership 2 days after purchase because vibrati long at the dealership. They were remounted and balanced prior to purchase. Took the car back to the dealership 2 days after purchase because vibration at highway speeds. The service rep told old that it was as a result of the condition of the tires. They were rebalanced. I couldn't tell a difference on the drive home. I was told that i would have to drive on them for at least 500 miles. If the problem persists after 500 miles, I need to take the vehicle back. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It's an 80 mile round trip to the dealership. When I got home the passenger side valve stem covers were missing. Ugh! More
I was traveling through Florida and had issues with my 2003 Sentra. I stopped by the dealership and was greeted by Peter next thing I know I’m driving a new Rogue Sport and I’m the happiest guy around. Pe 2003 Sentra. 5-Star Service Even though my experience buying the car was just average, my experiences with the service department have been stellar. I don't usually ever go back Even though my experience buying the car was just average, my experiences with the service department have been stellar. I don't usually ever go back to a dealership for service after I buy a car, I usually take it to my family mechanic. My experience with James Gray and the guys in service has made me rethink this mindset. A month after buying the car I noticed something hanging down in the trunk of my car. It turned out to be the sensor for the ikey had snapped off of its mount. I was afraid that they were going to say that something I had put in the trunk had bumped it and snapped it off, but up to that point, I had not carried anything in the trunk. James looked at it, told me what it was, then saw that my car was a CPO and ordered a new part under warranty. No questions asked. My car was fixed a couple of days later and back on the road. I will continue going back for service now. The guys in service do an incredible job. More

Mike, my advisor always makes sure he talks through everything with me and the mechanics even identified an issue and fixed without me even knowing there was a problem. On top of that, while I was sitting on the sales side to wait for my service to be completed, Andre came over to check on me as he had sold us a precious car and Robert who sold me the Armada also stopped over to see how things were going. Service not so great You say you have this whatever point inspection and checking the tire pressure is one of them....I came in to get my oil changed and specifically aske You say you have this whatever point inspection and checking the tire pressure is one of them....I came in to get my oil changed and specifically asked if my tire pressure would be checked and was told yes. Later that day I checked it and it was still low. I had to stop at a gas station and put air in myself. Then the next week my light came on that my oil needed changed. I had to go back to the dealership so they could reset it. I asked how low the tire pressure needed to be for them to put air in and was told 1 pound. I have been back twice since then and air has NEVER been put in my tires and had to go back 1 other time to have the oil change light reset. More
