Typical car dealer xx. Morgan auto group is especially shady. Dealt with them once before so was VERY hesitant about doing it again. Advertise prices that are artificially low because you cannot actually buy the car for that price. Adding on ridiculous fees especially the $1995 for extra garbage you do not need. However it is not an option but mandatory. Classic bait and switch and false advertising. Definitely deceptive business practices. Then trying to charge a $1250 "reconditioning" fee for my trade that had 3800 miles on it. Just more "juice" money. It was on your lot within 36 hours of my trade in so that shows how much reconditioning was needed. Unfortunately you had the car I wanted because I would gladly have driven 100 miles to deal with a reputable dealer. It should be a happy experience but you leave with a bad taste in your mouth after dealing with Nissan of Clearwater. You are a prime example of why car dealers have a bad reputation. Hopefully I will never have to deal with a Morgan auto dealership again. More

Other than Elijah, everything else was terrible. I waited for nearly 3 hours for Finance. And then that whole experience was a nightmare. After I signed all the paperwork and took the car home, I go I waited for nearly 3 hours for Finance. And then that whole experience was a nightmare. After I signed all the paperwork and took the car home, I got a call from Finance that I needed to come back into the office and re-sign everything. I did that. Then about 4 weeks later I get a letter in the mail from the state that my license is being suspended. It turns out, Nissan Finance registered a different VIN number to the state. And that VIN didn't have the proper insurance. That's because my insurance was covering the VIN for the car I had in my garage... not the incorrect one they filed with the state. I called Nissan to get this straightened out and found out they knew all about this all along but never told me. WHY????? More
