A/C repair I brought my Rogue in for a second time because the driver's side air vents started blowing warm air again. I was greeted and assisted immediately by I brought my Rogue in for a second time because the driver's side air vents started blowing warm air again. I was greeted and assisted immediately by the service reps. They were happy, courteous, and helpful. Garrett took my car in and then escorted me to the waiting room to wait for the shuttle. The waiting room was well stocked with coffee and eats. David, the shuttle driver arrived within a very reasonable amount of time. He was awesome. Loved him. He made my ride to work (in St. Pete most pleasant). He's very personable and a good driver. During the day, Garrett communicated with me regarding my car and the repairs needed and assured me my car would be ready by 5. Again, David picked me up in St. Pete at precisely 4:00 as I asked and we had a comfortable ride back to Clearwater. All around I had a great experience with the 3 people I interacted with this day. The AC is now blowing ice cold. Thank you!!! More
