Good overall experience. I had a good overall experience. The dealership is old school meaning that you have to negotiate pretty hard in order to get what you want. The negotiating took longer than I would have liked but I realize the salesmen were doing their job. Justin, the salesman was great. He is just getting started in the business but he was very patient and good to work with. The detailing shop could use some work. The truck was pretty clean when I took it for the test I drive. After we agreed to purchase it they took it into detail. I don’t believe it was really washed the first time. It seemed like all they did was dress the tires. When I inspected it the top of the truck was dirty and one side had clearly not been washed because there was what looked like yellow pollen still left behind. Justin took it back and made the detail guys clean it up. While looking at it the final time there was a baked on piece of masking tape that the detailers had missed. Again, Justin went and got someone to scrap and clean off the tape. Overall the experience was good. Justin was great. The guys in the detail shop could be more attentive. The negotiating took a while but overall I had a good experience. More
