follow up repair needed I brought my car back for two reasons. 1st: I got an oil change, oil and cabin filters replaced, new struts replaced & wheel alignment. After picking I brought my car back for two reasons. 1st: I got an oil change, oil and cabin filters replaced, new struts replaced & wheel alignment. After picking up my car we drove up to North Florida and noticed the car was running sluggish after all that work done on it. When we returned home my husband opened up the front hood of car and found a 2 by 4 block of wood stuck up against what looked like the cabin filter (that was open and not securely in place) this block of wood was not there when we brought the car in for service and no one had opened the hood of my car since I picked it up. (FILTER WAS SECURELY STRAPPED IN ON FOLLOW-UP REPAIR). 2nd: We had bought a new set of tinted front head light assembly and brought them in for Nissan to install them correctly. While up in N Florida we needed to use the high beams for the dark roads with no street lights but the high beams were pointing straight down so it was impossible to use them. (HIGH BEAMS WERE AIMED HIGHER ON FOLLOW-UP REPAIR). More

2017 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve Very helpful service department. They try very hard to get things right the first time and are very easy to deal with. Have a good customer lounge for Very helpful service department. They try very hard to get things right the first time and are very easy to deal with. Have a good customer lounge for short service and if the need be they will arrange for a rental vehicle for longer service issues. I want to also mention that I had some warranty and finance issues that I dealt with Sherif Levent and Rick Rosado and they were great and took care of my issue satisfactorily. Selim Aktel in service is very responsive as well. John More

Not as HUGE as you think. Adam was our salesman that we worked with. He was so great at listening to what we were looking for and was SO knowledgeable about the vehicle we were Adam was our salesman that we worked with. He really tried his best to help us get the deal we wanted, but once finance got involved our deal went downhill. We shopped around at a few dealerships to get the best deal, once we showed the finance department our other option, we were told to go to the other dealership we had been too and purchase from them. Clearly they were not in the market to make any “HUGE” deals with us. My husband and I were absolutely shocked that they actually told us to take our business elsewhere. Adams service was phenomenal and we would highly recommend him if you choose to go to this dealership, but overall we were disappointed with the way our business ended with them. He even texted us the next day to check on if we bought the car at the other dealership and if we had any questions about the car that we could still contact him. Overall not impressed with the dealership experience. More
