I received a call to bring my Murano in for a "recall". I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. The service dept. checked my Murano to see if it was on the list to have a part replaced due to the recall. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. Still no paperwork Was contacted and told to not drive car, park it away from structure and bring to dealership. He stayed in touch and always let me know when there was a deal or a special incentive. He never pressured me or lost patience. He knew what I wanted in a vehicle because he actually listened to me.
