He was engaged and very concerned about our feel of the vehicle how we felt were being treated and is really a book of good advice. He sat us down provided refreshments and not only did a sales manager introduce himself but Billy the actual owner did as well. I have never had a sales manager or a owner be so involved in a sale as they were and this place was slammed. To wrap up the entire sale Mike in finance was absolutely amazing in getting us the absolute best rate at the exact payment we negotiated INCLUDING GAP! Our first stop was Crown Nissan that morning and what a joke that was. God new what he was doing when he brought us to Fuccillo they had the exact car and exact payment. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. And even Billy Jr. came and sat with us a couple of times' chatted and got to know US. Very nice touch! And on top of the great service we now have a vacation to the Dom. Rep. for 6 days AND a 50" TV. The vacation will be our Honeymoon we never got to have! I really can't say enough. Great experience! More

Great! My husband and I went into Fuccillo Nisan just to test drive a vehicle we were not planning on purchasing a car. We were introduced to a sales person My husband and I went into Fuccillo Nisan just to test drive a vehicle we were not planning on purchasing a car. We were introduced to a sales person by the name of Bill Simons. Bill was extremely professional, really listened to our needs & took his time explaining everything about the car. To make a Long story short, we planned on financing the used Murano that we test drove, went to come in the next day and Bill was able to get us a brand new murano for the same low monthly payment! Needless to say I was in tears of joy thanks to Bill and the financing dept who never gave up trying to make us happy. By the time we finished signing all the paper work it was a bit late, so Bill had me come back to sit down with me & show me all the features of my new the car. Thank you Bill for all you did for us. I'd highly recommend Bill Simons to anyone interested in a new or used Nissan and Fuccillo. By the way, we ended up getting a 50" TV and an all inclusive trip to the Dominican Republic! They spent all day trying to get me into a car that I was happy with - and they did!!! I came in with bad credit, lots of odd situations and not a lot of money to put down.
