I paid a huge down payment (5500) on a ten year old car with low mileage. A month later I had to pay another 1000 unexpectedly to be able to buy the car snd close the deal. I felt blindsided when I got there in regards to financing. I specifically asked for my credit not to be ran because I already had my bank. They ran it anyway without telling me. I have it all documented where I was specific about that and told that would not happen. The other thing is, I was given certain numbers on text and email and when I got there it was way higher. It's unfortunate because with the job I do, my company leases 100s of vehicles at a time for our employees. This was a missed opportunity for your dealership. I will continue to check out other dealers that are more upfront and honest for my company. I then read your reviews from other customers and they had the same thing to say. More
