Will NEVER Go Back The serviceman did not seem happy about being at work. He did not seem to care about my concerns as I rattled them off. When it was completed, I expec The serviceman did not seem happy about being at work. He did not seem to care about my concerns as I rattled them off. When it was completed, I expected a complimentary car wash, which every dealer has provided in the past...NOT. Plus, we had an appointment at 11am and we weren’t on the board. Kaitlyn scheduled the time and a time to see Payne at 11am. My husband Jim and I waited 40minutes for Payne bc he was with another client. Kaitlyn confirmed the time with me the day prior. I arrived with the vehicles we were interested in; however, the website wasn’t updated and caused chaos! One car sold, which we realize can occur. However, a Frontier Truck was listed on our favorites. Payne stated, “that is sold, too.” He showed us a truck outside our price zone and during this timeframe, I became ill from previous medical issues and the heat. As a result, we wanted to leave, but Eddie jumped into the picture. Eddie came to make a deal, but instead of Payne or Eddie making us feel welcomed, It felt like we were treated as low life individuals. They wouldn’t answer any of our questions or concerns. But they continuously kept jabbing us for info. Finally, Eddie advised that “the truck is at the auction so it’s not here.” As a result, Fuccillo places cars on the website to bait a client in or conveniently, a car is “Sold.” Mind you, as all this is happening, I wanted to go because NONE of our questions were answered. It felt like we were treated like TRASH! Most importantly, no one showed empathy or concern for me! I had an emergency CT Scan a couple of days afterwards. I know no one will take ANY ACTION on this review, but it feels good to express myself as an outlet. We leased a Nissan Sentra SR Turbo in November. Honestly, it’s NOT a spectacular car, but I’m wondering if I feel this way towards Nissan because of the horrible experiences at FUCCILLO. The ONLY positive is that Kaitlyn bent over backwards to make our service and sales experience a positive one. I firmly believe that FUCCILLO needs to place more WOMEN up front because 1.we listen to EVERYTHING 2.A WOMAN CAN MULTITASK 3.SHE CAN GET THE JOB DONE!! Billy, we will NEVER BE BACK!! You would be ashamed of your boys. More
