Bad Experience I bought my first Nissan Rogue 2015 in January and the following month the front end plastic bumper fell off and I took it to the dealer where I bough I bought my first Nissan Rogue 2015 in January and the following month the front end plastic bumper fell off and I took it to the dealer where I bought the car and was told they could not fix it I would need to take it to an auto body shop. I was informed at the auto body shop that my car was in (2) previously accidents and I was never informed of this when I purchased my car. I was told from my salesman that it this was a certified pre-owned car and it had no previous accidents reported and when I asked for the car fax report I was told that I did not need it since it is a "Certified pre-owned Vehicle". Following the front end damage and after paying $500 for my deductible my moon roof started leaking inside after every time it rained. I took my car back to Nissan to have the moon roof repair and even with the additional extended warranty I was still not covered for this repair. I told them I do not want this car and I was not taking it anywhere!! I ended up trading it in for a new 2018 Nissan Rogue which I am out an additional $10,000 for the trade-in - That was the best Billy Jr could do for me. I did not get to book my cruise on the specified date due to family illness and I asked for a extension (1 day) and I was denied the cruise voucher as well!! This was been the overall worse car buying experience "EVER" - I will be trading in my Nissan as soon as I can and it won't be a Nissan and it won't be from Fuccillo!!!!! From the moment I pull up I am greeted by one of several friendly & knowledgeable advisors. I’m always greeted by name when I work with Salim. Each advisor is patient and accommodating. I’ve shown up at times without an appointment and they have squeezed me in with patience and kindness as they attended to my needs. Everything I’ve asked them they’ve been so great about their response. I never feel rushed or taken advantage of. Deana is also such a great asset. As the manager she still finds time to greet customers and assist if there’s ever an issue. Salim, Mike and the other service advisors are great. I drive all the way to Fuccillo from Ruskin because I know I’ll be taken care of by Deana and her team. More

Quick service I need a oil change after a long road trip and fuccillo was able to get me in the same day. This was a big help just due to I would have the time later. The services team was great they even vacuum and clean the outside of my car (great surprise). I have four driver in my household and we take all our vehicle to fuccillo. Great service team you can always tell when a shop has a good managers. More

Finance Salesman Vince was great, We gave him 5 Stars! We were not happy with Finance Manager, Hope. I realize she was busy, but she spent less than 10 minu Salesman Vince was great, We gave him 5 Stars! We were not happy with Finance Manager, Hope. I realize she was busy, but she spent less than 10 minutes with us. She then told us to go out and sit down, she would be back with us shortly, an hour later we were presented with contracts to sign that we never agreed to. She never came out to go over any rates, payment or terms, we had another Manager come to us and start signing documents. We hadn't even decided if we were paying cash or financing, I wanted to make that decision once we heard the terms since I already had a Draft from our Credit Union. The Manager suggested that we just sign the contract, make the 1st payment and then pay it off through our Credit Union to get the rate that was almost 1/2 or what NMAC was giving us. After 6 hrs in the dealership, we just signed and left, not entirely happy. I will figure this out after my 1st payment is made. More
