My car wasn't ready after spending at least 45 min in finance. I got sick of waiting and started to do the plate transfer myself until the sales rep finally showed up to finish it. I never got my paperwork the day of the sale, so I emailed Nelson Reyes , he told me to check my spam folder, which also showed nothing. He never followed up. I had to go to the chat page and ask someone to help me. The dealership needs my title. I did my part by taking a picture of it and sending it to Nelson Reyes. I also put in that email to send me the correct address and or department to send it. Its been at least 4 days and I still havent heard from him. NO ! I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More
