I have NEVER had a dealership have a "personal" relationship as Hunt Nissan. Everyone, is VERY friendly and extremely pleased to have your business. I felt that way when I bought my Pathfinder wi relationship as Hunt Nissan. Everyone, is VERY friendly and extremely pleased to have your business. It was a very good experience all the way around. The saalesman was so patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and was not pushy. The ladies at the desk were sweet and friendly. I hope the service department will be just as helpful, if we have any trouble. As we were waiting a salesman was talking and kidding with us and it made us laugh and feel right at home. We all appreciated the fun atmosphere. Please let the Chattanooga store know that they did an exceptional job and it meant a lot to us. Sometimes, if a customer looks like they are just looking, they are really looking to buy. I will buy from Hunt Nissan again in the future. Our sales person hung with us all evening as we went from offer to offer on a couple different cars. I know we were there from 2:00 pm till they closed t sales person hung with us all evening as we went from offer to offer on a couple different cars. I know we were there from 2:00 pm till they closed the doors at 9:15 and Tim hung with us all evening. I dealt with another dealership in town 6 months ago, and would never go back - I felt like I was taken advantage of after we were turned over to the finance people. Firstly, I have purchased several vehicles from Hunt Nissan. Additionally, my son and daughter have bought new cars from Hunt. I have referred several friends and co-workers to Hunt Nissan and they al Nissan. Additionally, my son and daughter have bought new cars from Hunt. I have referred several friends and co-workers to Hunt Nissan and they all, in turn, have bought new Nissans. Without exception, all are pleased with both the cars and the transactions. Roman York, who has worked for Hunt Nissan for years, sold all the cars. He is unique in that he is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Recently, Roman replaced the battery in my 2009 3.5SE at no charge to me. Since I had approximately 25,000 miles on my car,I realize that Roman did not have to do so. On March 8, 2011, I took my wife's 2003 3.5SE in for service. Her car was making a terrible noise at approximately 65-70 miles per hour. Greg Blevins, the mechanic I have used for years at Hunt, worked on my wife's Nissan from approximately 8:10 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Greg experimented and determined it was wind noise coming from a bent air flow vent located beneath the car. Greg test-drove the car three different times to find out if his different "tweets" had fixed the problem. The total invoice after all was done was $7.36. This amount was the charge for a replacement hood latch. Honestly, this really impressed me, greatly! I have to admit that I was a quite embarrassed that Greg worked so long and hard for no money from me for his labor. When I purchased my wife's car mentioned above, the rear passenger door was not properly painted at the Nissan factory. Since the lack of paint on the door was only noticeable in the direct sunlight, I did not realize the problem for a few weeks; however, when Mr. Hunt was informed, he immediately had the door painted for me. Lastly, Michael and Danny (service department) have always been attentive to my concerns and assisted me in any way possible. Often, they have giving me advice, via telephone, when I had questions about my car. Needless to say, I will continue purchasing cars from Hunt Nissan and referring my friends and family. My husband and I were planning a trip to the Aquarium with a long time friend, then we got a call saying she could not make it. So we left anyway to go eat breakfast at a local resturant, when done we got to talking about turning my lease car in and looking again for me to buy a new car. We were going toward VW lot when he said lets go into Hunt Nissan and look I said ok. Within seconds of pulling in and getting out of the car Eric Helton approached us with a warm smile and a firm handshake. We had owned a Sentra in the past and loved it, so we looked at the 2011 SR and with Eric telling us about rebates and financing I knew this would work! But Eric did something no other salesman has ever done in my experience on buying a new car. We told him what we wanted on pricing and finance and he brought out 4 different senarios on this car! It was above and beyond what a salesman could have done for us on that day. We want to thank Eric for going the distance on this sale. This was my first visit to Hunt Nissan. I was in the market for a new car and my plans were to visit several dealerships before making a decision. I met Darrell and he asked what price range I was looki market for a new car and my plans were to visit several dealerships before making a decision. I met Darrell and he asked what price range I was looking at and what payment I would be comfortable with and he worked from that. He keep me in the payment range and showed me cars that I might like and would fit into my budget. He went over the owner manual and pointed out things I needed to know and then he we walked around the car and he made sure I understood the different function and could work them. Mr Jones the sales manager was a big help in working the numbers for our payment that we were also able to purchase the extended warranty and the gap insurance with staying with our price range for a car payment. Needless to say I left Hunt Nissan with a new 2011 Nissan Sentra and as a very please customer. More

View Nissan was VERY unwilling to work with us or even do a dealer transfer to help us get the car we were looking for. Our "salesman" did not show any initiative or desire to do anything but sell us one of the 3 Jukes they had on the lot. None of which were what we were looking for. We went to Hunt Nissan on Shallowford Road in Chattanoooga, TN and had the absolute best experience we could imagine. We met with a salesman named Eric Helton who was one of the friendliest most honest car salesmen I have dealt with (I have dealt with a dozens of them over the years). Initially Eric did not have the car we were looking for, but he went out of his way and spent 3 weeks looking for the car. After offering to order us a special vehicle, he finally found it for us and did a dealer transfer. We got an incredible deal, better than most from what I have researched. I received phone calls ever 3-4 days letting us know the progress of the process. It was exceptional service- not nagging me, but letting me know that I was a priority. Today my wife drove home her Electric Blue Nissan Juke and we are so pleased with this dealership (and the car! it is incredible!). I HIGHLY recommend them, make sure you ask for Eric, he will take care of you. More
