No high pressure sales. Told Darrell what I wanted and only showed me cars with that criteria. No pressure in the finance dept. Our 2004 Murano had "died" and we really weren't sure what to do. Boone has been with this dealership longer than I've been alive and he was able to make recommendations regarding our next vehicle and valued our trade (much higher than I would have expected) quickly. Mr. Hunt gave even gave his approval to give us even more than originally offered for our trade. Ade Vaughn was truly a pleasure to deal with. He presented various options and was genuinely interested on our analysis of whether or not it was the "right" option for us. Finally, when I got in the new vehicle to leave, I noticed that the navigation wasn't working. I went to look for Charles but could not find him. Carter Swetmon was the first person I encountered. Even with this not being his deal, he came out to the car spent approximately 30 minutes setting up the navigation, programming our home address, setting up my phone or Bluetooth and giving a thorough presentation on how each of the systems work. My wife and I have bought several cars from Hunt Nissan over the years. I feel that they treated us fairly on the price and have backed us up with the few problems that have arisen. Businesses no longer treat their customers like Hunt Nissan does. I have recently dealt with the service department at Hunt Nissan. Class act! From the time I walked through the door all the way through Nissan does. I have recently dealt with the service department at Hunt Nissan. Class act! From the time I walked through the door all the way through the completion of my service work, I was treated with courtesy and respect beyond anything I would have expected. Michael was assigned to my case and I cannot think of one thing that he did not handle perfectly. I had researched my Frontier's problems online and read complaint after complaint from different customers regarding their experience with their dealerships. Because of this, I had expected the worst. Hunt Nissan's service department quickly diagnosed the issue, and from there, I had to deal with Nissan North America regarding the fix. My experience with Nissan North America was going downhill fast. In desperation for some help, my wife and I contacted the service department at Hunt. Michael and his teammates took over from here and turned the situation around 180 degrees. After they took over, it turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever been involved with. They have earned my respect and future business with them. My wife and I will be in the market for a new car soon, and Hunt Nissan will be the only dealership we do business with. I am telling all of my friends, family, and anyone else who will listen about my experience. This is the reason for me writing this review. My wife does not enjoy shopping for cars, mainly due to the usual aggressiveness of the sales agent. She has been considering buying a car for quite a while but did not want to go through the hassle. We saw a vehicle she thought she might like as we were driving by your lot. An extremely nice gentleman Ira Hefner came out to help us. It was no doubt the most pleasurable experience we have ever had buying a car. He was not pushy answered every question or found someone that could. We purchased the Commander with a bit of friendly bartering and I feel as though we ended up with a win/win deal. She loves her Jeep, Ira made her feel at ease and in the end everyone was pleased. The only problem is she won't let me drive it and refuses to trade me for my car. Overall the Hunt family representative, Ira Hefner sold us a car that has your name on it and he kept his word on it. Respect is something that CANNOT be "bought or sold." Likewise, it CANNOT be "demanded" from anyone. Many of his employees have been employed here since Mr. Hunt has owned this d sold." The employees, those who come into daily interactions with customers, speak very highly of him, as an owner, and as a person. Most would work no where else. I have spoken to many of these employees. I am "THE CUSTOMER, remember me?" Congratulations to Mr. Hunt on his ten year anniversary! This family operated business operates, well, like one big family! He is out from behind the desk, on an every day basis, visable and available to any of his customers and employees as well. I have spoken to Mr. Hunt several times. Find another dealership that you can freely do that on any given day! Mr. Hunt has "earned" the respect of his employees, and customers alike. I have been a customer over ten years at this dealership, before Mr. Hunt bought this dealership. I can tell you, if currently own a Nissan vehicle, and need on going service, or are considering the purchase of a new one, you need not go anywhere else. Make this dealership your first stop. I promise you, it will be your last! More
