I had to wait over 15 minutes to be check in even other representatives were available and I did not request anyone. I had been doing all my maintenance for oil change in the dealer since I bought the car. representatives were available and I did not request anyone. Anytime I go there their service is worth because even you set an appointment ahead on time to go there you have to be prepare to waste two or three extra hours and sometimes more. They do not explain you anything and they provide a poor customer service. I am healthcare provider and more than once I had to reschedule my patients due to wait time on the dealer and worth that you could see the mechanic walking around, talking to coworkers, checking his phone and wasting his time through the glass window in the back of the dealer. In addition to that... There was no reason for the mechanic to use my ring's security luck nut. It was as a brand new luck. it came from the factory attached to a ring in the left side of the trunk with a plastic tie. Maagically after the service it desappeared. I did not rotate my tires so why it desappeared? I noticed two days later when i was downloading groceries at home. This is super unrespectful and will have to spent time and money now buying a new one when I had a brand new there that should never be taken away from its spot unless needed. I won't come back to this dealer anymore for maintenance, neither for business and I would not reconmend this store to anyone ever. It is the worth place to go for anything you may need on your car. The update on the computer was not properly done and my car keeps stopping itself for no reason now and sometimes it takes time to start. But since I don't trust the service there neither the employees, I am planning to go to other places to solve this issue. More

Cape Coral Nissan dealership . .... This dealership, What a BIG mistake ...... After the new vehicle purchase..... I have had issues with service Dept. covering items under wa .... This dealership, What a BIG mistake ...... After the new vehicle purchase..... I have had issues with service Dept. covering items under warranty. I had to go to another dealership to get the items covered under warranty, with no problem at all ... In one case..... I have been waiting on a part since January 2022 with them, for my vehicle , and another dealer tracked one down and made a call and had it within 3 weeks without me asking ..... When I told this dealership ,about the other dealer covering the items under warranty , they got defensive and did not apologize for not following through, and they tried to act like the other dealer was doing something wrong or shady . When in fact the other dealer, provided true " Customer Service" that this dealership Failed to provide. Vehicles ALL have (adjusted market value) mark ups over manufacture suggested retail price ..... ( SINCE THEY HAVE OPENED ) NO DEALER SHOULD BE CHARGING OVER THE manufacture suggested retail price .... They have their salesmen circling around like vultures on a golf cart outside waiting to grab you before you get to the door BIG minus there I have noticed a lot of employee turnover since I purchased from them.... The dealers in Cape Coral and Fort Myers that have that "Miami" way of dealing with their customers.....Does not suit me at all. A big turn off also.... I do not want to feel Hustled when I am looking for a vehicle . More
