She was not pushy at all which I can’t stand and instead, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She pointed out several features on the truck I didn’t know about. She was also very knowledgeable on the maintenance and financing side which was impressive. I had been at this dealer a couple of years ago and was less than thrilled. They have definitely changed and I would advise anyone in the market for a new or used car or truck to do yourself a favor and call Joanne if you want a great experience. Their inventory and pricing were great. More
I inquired about a used truck I found online. I filled out the contact info to “get my best price” and a sales rep, Austin, contacted me right away. I said I was disappointed that the best price I filled out the contact info to “get my best price” and a sales rep, Austin, contacted me right away. I said I was disappointed that the best price was only $200 less. And I did have a question that I did not see the answer to on the vehicle listing. I asked Austin if he would check to see if the driver’s seat was a powered seat. That was important for my wife to be able to also drive the truck. Austin said he would check when I came in. I asked him to check first. He said he was not going to waste his time. I mocked him a bit by saying I could see how walking across the parking lot would cost him money as I’m sure there was an endless line of people waiting to see him. I thanked him for his time and asked him to remove my contact info. He then began insulting me by telling me if I could only afford a cheap vehicle that there are plenty of buy-here-pay-here lots and I should go there. I believe Austin has much to learn about sales and customer relations. And if he is any sort of indication of what I should expect from the dealership, well I guess Austin is correct, there are plenty of other dealerships in SWFL where I could purchase a good used truck. Oh, and he said he would not remove my contact info because he did not work for me. He then called three times in a row. I had to block his number to have him stop calling. More
Well if you remember or have read my previous post I went to Nissan Sutherland of Cape Coral after being mistreated at the Fort Myers location to trade in my vehicle for a key for key president sale, well I to Nissan Sutherland of Cape Coral after being mistreated at the Fort Myers location to trade in my vehicle for a key for key president sale, well I did left in the 2022 Nissan Versa switched my tag Insurance everything over, drove that car a whole week and today I had to give them that car back because the deal that we made when I left with the car for $395 a month for 75 months was not approved and was told I can still keep that car if I added an extra $100 a month on payments or put $2,000 down. I tried to speak with the general manager who just got there in January and was very rude about the whole situation when all of this is their fault. So I am now awaiting the regional manager to contact me before I take the next step WINK news. I don't want anyone else to have to be embarrassed and humiliated in front of their family and friends and coworkers for showing up to work in a new car to only have to come back the next week in the old car you had. Will keep your posted, but my honest opinion from dealing with Nissan since October... just go to Toyota, Honda, Car Max, Drive Time, Chevrolet, mom and pop car lots, buy here pay here car lots, ANYWHERE besides Nissan in Cape Coral or Fort Myers!!! My husband passed in July and when I was going over some paperwork, I discovered that they overcharged us around $20,000. My son called and spoke to the sales manager and got no results. My daughter then called a couple of times and the sales manager was very rude and hateful to her. He was not professional. He out and out lied to her, saying that the vehicle we traded in was "a wreck". This is not true,. My husband always kept our vehicles in pristine condition, plus we only used it to get back and forth to the store. I feel that we were targeted because of our age. I feel very frustrated because they refused to admit their wrongdoing, This dealership is crooked and not to be trusted! More

This dealership, What a BIG mistake ...... After the new vehicle purchase..... I have had issues with service Dept. covering items under warranty. I had to go to another dealership to get the items covered under warranty, with no problem at all ... In one case..... I have been waiting on a part since January 2022 with them, for my vehicle , and another dealer tracked one down and made a call and had it within 3 weeks without me asking ..... When I told this dealership ,about the other dealer covering the items under warranty , they got defensive and did not apologize for not following through, and they tried to act like the other dealer was doing something wrong or shady . When in fact the other dealer, provided true " Customer Service" that this dealership Failed to provide. Vehicles ALL have (adjusted market value) mark ups over manufacture suggested retail price ..... ( SINCE THEY HAVE OPENED ) NO DEALER SHOULD BE CHARGING OVER THE manufacture suggested retail price .... They have their salesmen circling around like vultures on a golf cart outside waiting to grab you before you get to the door BIG minus there I have noticed a lot of employee turnover since I purchased from them.... The dealers in Cape Coral and Fort Myers that have that "Miami" way of dealing with their customers.....Does not suit me at all. A big turn off also.... I do not want to feel Hustled when I am looking for a vehicle . More
This dealership has the worst service and does not take care of there customers. I will never shop here again. The very first time i had my 2020 Nissan Altima oil change done, the mechanic took over 2 hou care of there customers. I will never shop here again. The very first time i had my 2020 Nissan Altima oil change done, the mechanic took over 2 hours to complete and left the oil cap off so when I drove away, engine light came on and oil spilled all in my engine area. Second experience was when I must have received bad fuel filling up and my car stalled and wouldn't start. I had it towed to the nearest Nissan dealer in Naples Florida and they charged me just about $1000 to repair. About a month later I started getting an engine light , tried calling Sutherlin Nissan to schedule an appointment but they don't give out Loner cars and expect you to pay for a rental. They expected me to bring min my car in the AM during the week and force me to rent a car or take off from work so I refused. This went on for about a month. Finally I agreed to bring in my car at 2:30 pm on a Wed so that they can look at my car and see what the issue was. From the moment I first walked in and met with the service writer, he mentioned that I will be charged a $100 fee for them to just look at the car. Then they told me that I drove the car too long since the last repair so It wouldn't be covered if the issue was related the fuel system. I refused to pay the $100 for them to just look at the car when I knew the issue was related as I could hear my fuel pump making noise. When I had the first issue with the bad fuel, they were supposed to replace the fuel filter, replace the fuel pump, drain the tank and check the injectors. That would be common practice. If I would have left my car with Sutherlin Nissan, they would have charged me at least $1000 for something that Nissan didn't do. I had the work done myself and it cost me only $58 when I went to remove the fuel pump, the top 4 screws were never put back on, and when I removed the fuel pump from the gas tank, I found stuff floating around inside my tank and all over the fuel pump. The fuel pump was never replaced nor was the fuel tank drained and cleaned. I will never purchase a car from any Nissan again, especially Sutherlin Nissan. They wanted to charge me right from the beginning . As there customer, they should have given me a loner and checked it out first before wanting to charge me. More
