I had to wait over 15 minutes to be check in even other representatives were available and I did not request anyone. I had been doing all my maintenance for oil change in the dealer since I bought the car. representatives were available and I did not request anyone. Anytime I go there their service is worth because even you set an appointment ahead on time to go there you have to be prepare to waste two or three extra hours and sometimes more. They do not explain you anything and they provide a poor customer service. I am healthcare provider and more than once I had to reschedule my patients due to wait time on the dealer and worth that you could see the mechanic walking around, talking to coworkers, checking his phone and wasting his time through the glass window in the back of the dealer. In addition to that... There was no reason for the mechanic to use my ring's security luck nut. It was as a brand new luck. it came from the factory attached to a ring in the left side of the trunk with a plastic tie. Maagically after the service it desappeared. I did not rotate my tires so why it desappeared? I noticed two days later when i was downloading groceries at home. This is super unrespectful and will have to spent time and money now buying a new one when I had a brand new there that should never be taken away from its spot unless needed. I won't come back to this dealer anymore for maintenance, neither for business and I would not reconmend this store to anyone ever. It is the worth place to go for anything you may need on your car. The update on the computer was not properly done and my car keeps stopping itself for no reason now and sometimes it takes time to start. But since I don't trust the service there neither the employees, I am planning to go to other places to solve this issue. More
I drove 3 hours to make a purchase for my new car and I am so happy that I did. Aaron Kniffin was my salesman and he was so friendly and made my experience so wonderful even after the long drive. I was treated like royalty because I was purchasing a vehicle my first Finance vehicle but they made me feel like once I walked out that door I was pushed to the back burner I couldn't even get a service vehicle my first Finance vehicle but they made me feel like once I walked out that door I was pushed to the back burner I couldn't even get a service agent from the service department to schedule me an appointment to get my oil changes done as recommended to bring the car since I was financing on the warranty to have it done at that Nissan dealership instead they acted as if I didn't have a job to attend to and they said well if you can't get an appointment and no one's calling you back you just going to have to come in and sit in our lobby and wait for opening to happen as if I had 24 hours in the whole day to wait for them to say come on in sir so instead I took it to into my own hands and service my vehicle according to the oil sticker Valvoline sticker on the windshield I figured that's where the type of older you so I took it to one of those fast oil change places that use the same oil at this point I was better off going somewhere else to finance a car or better off leasing a car cuz at this point I have a dead paperweight sitting in my driveway that I'm paying a car note 4 and very expensive car insurance because I have to get the highest insurance because of financing the vehicle in January we had a very very horrible rainstorm that lasted just about an hour and a half it flooded everywhere all of downtown Del Prado and Cape Coral side streets even my street three cars were getting towed but I had to get home due to a natural disaster my transmission is now damaged due to water contamination here we are two months later and I'm still getting the runaround for phone calls back from anybody from my financial advisor from a service technician from someone just all I need is the warranty number that I need to provide to Ford so that I can bring my vehicle to Ford so they can inspect it as I had paid out of my pocket because Nissan was taken too long I paid to get my car towed to my to a mechanic paid to lower the transmission to inspector transmission and paid for them to put it back up and throw it back to my house because Nissan would not get to me back to me so now I am waiting when I finally got through to somebody a week ago after 2 months they said they'll get back to me with my warranty number that I need to provide Ford with so that I can have my car towed there out of my pocket again so I can pay them to inspect it again so that they can contact the warranty department with the number that I need to provide them with that Nissan is so hesitant to give me and there's always an excuse and can I take a message this is very poor customer service and I will never ever buy a vehicle there or recommend somebody that they do More

I’ve bought 3 cars here at Sutherlin Nissan Cape Coral, both great cars! Had an amazing experience both times when in ready for my 4th car I will definitely come and see them, I have sent my friends and my both great cars!
