I bought a car with no lien and the sale completed on 1/16/2024. Same as other review on here I worked with Tom Cusack. The MVA reported to me and my friend that there are at least 300 complaints currently being worked on with this dealership. More
If I could leave a half a star, I would I can’t even begin to tell you the extreme level of unprofessionalism and at this point illegal practices that are being currently done I purchased a vehicle on J begin to tell you the extreme level of unprofessionalism and at this point illegal practices that are being currently done I purchased a vehicle on January 11 the dealership as of as of today, March 13, this dealership still have yet to credit my former trade-in payoff and they have not issued a title to me because according to MVA they did not ever provide The necessary paperwork in order to obtain the title nor did they ever provide to MBA of the sale at this point I have two loans alone for car no longer owned because they never paid off my former balance as well as the current loan for a car that I don’t even have a title for I am moving forward at this time to pursue legal action I am on social media because they do not think it is relevant to make any effort to communicate back to me we’ll see if I get a response from this. I also paid for the extended warrantee with lifetime free oil changes only to show up one day for an oil change to find out the new owners no longer honored that contract. It's a shame too because my car was a 2018 and that was my last oil change before I bought a new car. They lost a customer for life over the cost of one oil change. That hardly seems like good business. It was good for Honda because I bought a $55,000+ car from them. I am also dealing with a lady in the accounting dept. She is very nice but I am still having problems getting a refund on the unused portion of my extended warrantee and GAP insurance. I put in the request in July 2024 and still have no idea when I might expect that refund and it is going in to Jan. 2025. You get the run around and lots of excuses. I would never buy another car from them. More

I stopped by to test drive a rogue based on an incredible online price. I know the adage of it seems too good to be true it probably is, and I should have saved a trip. My sales person Kim was actually lov online price. I know the adage of it seems too good to be true it probably is, and I should have saved a trip. My sales person Kim was actually lovely, but her manager was anything but straightforward. I wasn’t ready to buy on the spot, but if the online price was true, I planned to return in a few days. Not only wasn’t it true, she couldn’t or wouldn’t actually give me a purchase price - just said to tack on $2-3k. The deal was no longer appealing, and I have since ruled out the Rogue (at the original price I’d have run with it). Since it was a 2023 model year vehicle and it’s 2024 the lower price didn’t seem inconceivable. I have bought 3 cars without game playing so I thought that madness was done but clearly I was wrong.
