professional, courteuous, and generous I was told that a diagnostic would have a minimum cost. I declined the fix because I knew I would be selling the vehicle soon. Even so, they deferre I was told that a diagnostic would have a minimum cost. I declined the fix because I knew I would be selling the vehicle soon. Even so, they deferred the cost of the diagnostic, washed and cleaned the car and pinpointed a leak that I had been looking for. Excellent service! More

Maintenance plus Excellent experience from arrival until departure. Had scheduled 60,000 mile inspection and extra work. I believe that the service department of a dealership is really the best test of their customer service and quality. The service department at Nissan of Boerne is absolutely amazing. They set the standard for customer service, quality of work, and reliability. They truly take pride in providing the best service possible. They stand behind their work and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I willingly drive 40+ miles one way to have any service done by this outstanding department. If you do not believe me give LeRoy a call. I trust him 100%. He will give you honest answers and only provide you with services you want and absolutely need. Though the staff there is amazing he is the one I work with exclusively. The main technician that deals with my vehicles is Richard and he will make sure your vehicle it completed right the first time and returned to you clean and ready for whatever driving you have lined up for it. Though those are my two favorite people there the rest of the staff is just as outstanding and will make sure you are completely satisfied. I have interacted with most of them and have never had a bad experience. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. More
