Horrible! The service department charged me $200 for unnecessary evaluation and did not correct the original problem. They inflated the quote for the needed repair and added additional unneeded work. When I brought this to the attention of the new manager, he promised a refund check. After 2 weeks when said check did not arrive I recontacted him to reconfirm my proper mailing address. He assured me the check would be sent. No check ever arrived. This service manager and his boss never accepted my phone call since. Prior to this event, I loved the service here and planned to make my next car a Nissan. There was a change in staffing and I think this is why the service quality changed. I say lying and theft is what new standard is. You can not trust these people. Do you go here. They have no morals. To call this dealership a bunch of crooks is a understatement. Service “advisors” and “technicians” are not trained at all and have no idea what they are doing. Managers don’t take complaints seri understatement. Service “advisors” and “technicians” are not trained at all and have no idea what they are doing. Managers don’t take complaints seriously and in all honestly. The managers are the reason these types of people work at this dealership. This lack of humanity and respect for loyal customers starts and ends with the MANAGERS!! Here is why. 1. Service “advisors” are not trained and way under informed. They didn’t know I could just touch my key on my start button, even with it having no battery or in my case broken from a wash. You can just touch your fob on the start button and it will start your car. Instead Francisco had me turn my car off and then left it stranded, left me stranded so he could sell me stuff I didn’t need. 2. Technicians are not trained or informed either. With my key fob washed and not working as a remote. These idiots said and sold me a not needed antenna for my car. Common sense tells me that if a key fob is broken, as mine is! That its not transmitting a signal, this technician who looked at my car was just trying to sell me something. So instead of using his head, he used his wallet to sell me unnecessary parts. 3. For being crooks they probably should get rid of that big window in the waiting room! I saw with my own eyes the technician take the part he said he installed in my car. Back to the parts department and come out with only a key fob box. This is straight fraud! 4. After selling me a part I didn’t need Francisco (Service advisor) tells me he’s saving me money. Instead of $300 for the antenna they didn’t install. It’s only going to be $340 for the antenna and key fob. On top of that these cons cover up the crime by not itemizing my receipt. The $135 diagnostic fee was turned into “labor” and the 2 parts that were supposedly installed on my car. It only says 1 item for $207. I have dealt with MB of Boerne, Toyota of Boerne and Infiniti of Boerne. Every single time I have ever had service done there is a breakdown of every piece and it’s cost. Not here! Because they ripped me off, committed fraud, and robbed me! So I call to complain to Joe the Service Manager and never got called back. I tried reaching out to the General Manager and crickets! This dealership shouldn’t be a part of Nissan! they don’t represent any kind of integrity, quality and craftsmanship that Nissan stands for! At this point my only course of action is to do a charge back on my credit card for fraud! Because management isn’t doing their job and is actually encouraging this type of behavior by it’s employees!! More

I get a phone call from someone saying he is part of a satisfaction team and wants to know how my recent service visit went. I start to explain the problems I had when he cuts me off and says "okay okay I'll let a supervisor know." He then goes on to say he IS REALLY calling to see when I can come in to get my vehicle appraised so I can make a deal on buying a new one. You call and pretend to care but then dismiss the issues and try to sell me a car unsolicited?! This dealership comes off as ignorant, incompetent, misleading and a bunch of vultures. More
Just wanted an oil change. I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was informed it would be at least an hour and a half wait...... I don't I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was informed it would be at least an hour and a half wait...... I don't expect even with an appoint to be ushered in and immediately have my vehicle serviced. I know working on cars can have a lot of variables and it is impossible to know how much time each one will take. But with Nissan of Boerne it seems that appointments mean nothing, no difference if you are a walk in or scheduled. Of course someone comes up and wants to talk about trading in your vehicle (eye roll.) You almost wish there wasn't a window to see the progress of your car. You get to see how distracted the tech is. Car goes up, oil filter off, new filter on, car starts to go down, wait forgot to drain oil, back up, oil drained, and then sit for about 30 minutes. Drain plug back in, car goes down and sits for another 20 minutes. Tech walks up, clears lift arms and then stares trying to remember what point of the oil change it is at. Checks dipstick and sees there is no oil and then fills it. This is how you make mistakes and forget to put oil back in. The tech then doesn't remove his greasy gloves and gets in and drives it back out front. I get to clean the steering wheel and shifter myself. I get a sheet saying what work I need to do. They say the steering rack boot is wet and I need to replace the boot at a price of around $700. Well the boot is just there to protect against dust and debris. There is a seal that needs to be replaced if it is leaking. The boot doesn't hold in power steering fluid, the rack seal does. A few days later I hear rattling. My skid plate is missing at least 2 bolt and one is sticking out sideways cross threaded in. Never going back. They seem to be on the same level of quality as a walmart lube center. More

The transition from service to purchase was made easy, even though I was not happy about doing so (our original nissan had been ours for just 3 years). Marcus "the German Sales Guy"was patient and stopped at nothing to answer my questions and concerns. At the end of the day Estella (in finance) along with the sales manager Mr.Bacon helped put smiles on our faces. And to this day, are willing to help us out with anything we may need.
