167 Point Inspection not quite Came to Texas from CT because my daughter PCS'd here. Had a week to buy a car, we put a deposit down on a Sentra over the phone. Did my research and drove the 40mins to Boerne only to find out that the previous owner was a smoker. We decided on a certified Altima, two days after pick up, weird vibration coming from the gas pedal. We stopped at Ingram Nissan and found out it was a bad wheel hub that should have been found during the inspection. Thankfully it was covered under the warranty. Don't buy here, period. More

Great Experience On January 3rd I saw a new Nissan Altima on their website for a good price. I used the chat button on the site and the representative told me that the vehicle is available and Glenn will call me soon. Within 5 minutes Glenn Edwards called me and said the car is available. We setup an appointment at 2:15. I walked in the dealership and Glenn welcomed me with the vehicle keys in hand. I test drove the car and he explained the new gadgets to me. After the drive we went back to his office, filled paperwork and negotiated my trade. Everything moved along and we agreed on the price and then I went to Mr. Parra to finish the finance paperwork. While I was signing the paperwork Glenn made sure the car was spotless and the gas tank was full. In less than three hours from the moment I entered the dealership I was driving back home. This was the best buying experience I have ever had and this is my 7th car. Glenn was very helpful, honest and direct.
