I honestly thought we had a great experience until the very end of our sale. My parter and I were trying to buy a vehicle and when we got the numbers back there was about $8k tacked onto the sale price. U very end of our sale. Upon asking questions, they kept trying to gaslight us by moving the numbers around, but still leaving the same total? Our sales person was extremely unprofessional and did not communicate well at all, along with pulled his phone out to put on a football game during our sale. All was said, and done, and we left with the new vehicle, and then got harassed for days for even more pay stubs, all for them to never communicate after they are said that they are not all the information that they need. After calling the dealership a bunch of times and getting passed around Countless of times, we decided to attend in person to see if we can get some answers. A check engine light came on after only a week of having it, and when we arrived, the answer we got was “what do you expect us to do about that?“ I’m not exaggerating. Those were the exact words. after sitting for a while, waiting to talk to the finance person, my sales person up and left and went home without telling me or having anybody else take over, therefore, I sat there for over two hours, waiting just for everybody to not know why I was there and to not help me at all. Upon emailing the dealership about these concerns and unprofessionalism, they have not responded nor answered any calls or emails since. I tried to be extremely polite while discussing these concerns, but I hate that I have to even say them. This is a reputable dealership, and you would think that they want their money, but they did not take the right precautions in order to make sure that the loan was taken care of properly, which is a problem with their lack of communication about it. It wouldn’t be a problem if they were helpful and responsive, but I have been left in the dark and now cannot pay for this vehicle. I just bought. I worry about the repercussions. I am going to have to pay for or get penalized with because they did not take the proper steps in the financing department and my sales person Had no information nor any professional responses to any questions I had with my concerns. I’m not even too concerned with the check engine light thing, but I think the initial conversation about it was a slap in the face and seals the deal that I will never recommend anyone to the dealership. Upon talking to colleagues and other individuals in town, this has happened to many others as well. I personally think that who your sales person is, determines your professional experience and how things get done properly. I hate to write a negative review, but I can’t even get a dealership to call me back or email me back to let me know about my loan information and if any of the documentation I provided was correct. Therefore, I am driving a vehicle that I “bought” but technically don’t and it has left me more stressed and upset that I even a dealership who wants to make money cannot contact or communicate with their customers to ensure the process is complete. I understand I am not their only customer, but 20+ people I have asked in the past two weeks alone have said they had the same EXACT experience which I think is very disappointing. I hate having to be the annoying customer or even one who writes a review but what else is there to do whenever the dealership at the very least can’t rectify the situation with just communication alone! I’m not even asking for deals or money solutions. More
After much deliberation, I purchased the drive4Life warranty ($3000 value) after the salesman Leonardo Arispe promised it would be a great deal. After moving on to finance, the finance officer said tha warranty ($3000 value) after the salesman Leonardo Arispe promised it would be a great deal. After moving on to finance, the finance officer said that they couldn’t offer me the drive4Life warranty that I purchased because my used truck had 5,000 miles over the 100,000 mile limit (something that Leo never mentioned when I agreed to purchase the warranty). After I informed them that I would no longer desire to purchase the warranty, they both insisted that I couldn’t remove the warranty cost from the price, even though I wasn’t getting any value from the warranty. After that, they agreed they would honor the warranty excluding the power train warranty. Then they informed me that it would only allow 2 years of coverage instead of lifetime, as they originally promised and as we both signed as a legally binding document. To make up for this error, they promised an electric retractable tonneau cover for the truck. But they failed to provide me with the “we owe, you owe” paperwork after I purchased. They said they would email it, but that didn’t happen until almost 2 weeks later, with an amended contract (not signed by me or dealer) with altered details about what they owe. This is the most corrupt and absurd dealer I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for an honest dealer with reputable integrity, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I will update this review if they decide to ever call back and honor their agreement. More

This Dealership Finance Department has the worst people I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my Ultimate Platinum Protection plan over 4 months and Austin Cueva has been no help getting my refund whatsoever. have ever dealt with. His boss Usman Khan talked to me once and said he would help, but he is of the same character as Austin Cueva evidently. He will not even answer my e-mails. I have been getting the runaround from Nissan of Boerne for four months. These are the two most dishonest and untrustworthy people I have ever encountered. I will not conduct business with them again. This is just warning all prospective buyers to beware of them both. I have been a loyal Nissan owner for years, but I am changing that aspect of my life due to their non actions on this matter. BEWARE! More
