Stopped in for an oil change. Took over an hour & not to mention, while sitting in the waiting room, not one male employee was wearing their mask the correct way or at all. I Bought my Altima in June 2019. I was also told free oil changes and tire rotation for life of my lease. I was even given a certificate with my Name, Vin # and Managers Signature on it. When I scheduled my changes and tire rotation for life of my lease. I was even given a certificate with my Name, Vin # and Managers Signature on it. When I scheduled my appointment last week, I was told that Nissan corporate does not honor this anymore. I told them I should be in the system and I have a certificate and if Nissan doesn’t do it for free I should be grandfathered in as that was part of my negotiation for leasing the car.in 2019. So next step I called the Service Manager. When the Service Manager Joe finally answered the phone, he said I could give you the oil change for the lease of the car for $24.99 but if I do have the certificate he would honor it. Well when I bought the car in and presented it to Joe he back tracked and said he could only do this oil change for free this time only. Then I went to speak to the Manager (if you could call him a manager smug and arrogant) Simon who also does not return calls. His excuse is he does not get the messages. In the real world his receptionist would be fired. Simon solution he will take me out of my lease that day and give me a new car with a maintenance agreement free of charge. Is that not ridiculous? We are talking about an oil change folks. I have leased many cars and have sent friends to Bayshore Nissan because at one time their service department was phenomenal. They will never see me or my friends again. Believe it or not the great Simon did not even know the Regional office phone number when I asked for it. For anyone that has or had this problem I suggest you call Nissan Consumer Affairs at 800-647-7261. I did and I will be getting free oil changes for the life of my lease. Well we all know how Nissan is going to respond to my review- We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. Manager ELI AFGHANZADA rudeness I bought my rogue in April 2018. I was told free oil change for life as long as I was the owner of the car. I went today and was told that Nissan corporate told them they can’t do it for free anymore. I was told by the manager ELI AFGHANZADA that corporate have discontinue the program due to COVID-19 since Nissan is lossing money. After buying a total of 4 nissan in the last 2 years I am being told that the benefits that I was getting and one of the main reason why I chose Nissan is no longer available. The manager Eli said that I should be grateful that I took advantage of the program for the 2 years. I be filling a formal complaint to corporate and if it doesn't get resolve I will bring the media as I recorded the conversation with the manager. More

After driving 45 minutes for the free oil change, management was unwilling to waive the cost, and did not advise I'd be charged when making the appointment. Then, service advised I needed a new battery because ours was bad. I drove down the block to Autozone and it tested out perfect. Liars and xxxxxxxx. More

I get such anxiety every time I get my car back from them they either don't feel my fluids every time I get an oil change or they don't reset the maintenance buttons or something they don't do they screw up the numbers on the oil change I've had to bring my brand new car I bought from them back at least one dozen times for something wrong with my vehicle. And on top of it every time you speak to someone you just get bag customer service and they act like it's your fault like you're a bag customer. I have overheard and xxxxxxthey're talking badge about me as I'm waiting for my vehicle to be finished. I did not have the same service writer that I have had in the past. I never had any issues with the previous writer who has handled my past visits. The service writer who I dealt with in this recent visit tried to upsell extra services, without stating the cost clearly up front, the bill was over $860, and they lost my key fob. They expect me to pay for the key replacement. They are dishonest and for that they lost a customer. More
