I received a rapid response apologizing for my bad experience with Bayshore Nissan. That is all, just an apology. No offer to make things right. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Definitely will be reporting this problem until they take responsibility of the situation. I will be posting negative review in every website that they are affiliated with. I think that people should read about this before they make the decision to buy with this NISSAN dealership.

Using my comments to refine your efforts does not solve the issue with my missing key fob. I was expecting the dealership to do the right thing and replace it at no cost to me. This is unacceptable and not a good customer experience. This proves to me that the dealership does not care about good customer service. I am very disappointed that the dealership does not return my calls and ignores my request to replace the key.
