Manager ELI AFGHANZADA rudeness I bought my rogue in April 2018. I was told free oil change for life as long as I was the owner of the car. I went today and was told that Nissan corp I bought my rogue in April 2018. I was told free oil change for life as long as I was the owner of the car. I went today and was told that Nissan corporate told them they can’t do it for free anymore. I was told by the manager ELI AFGHANZADA that corporate have discontinue the program due to COVID-19 since Nissan is lossing money. After buying a total of 4 nissan in the last 2 years I am being told that the benefits that I was getting and one of the main reason why I chose Nissan is no longer available. The manager Eli said that I should be grateful that I took advantage of the program for the 2 years. I be filling a formal complaint to corporate and if it doesn't get resolve I will bring the media as I recorded the conversation with the manager. More
If you want to feel rushed and pressured into buying a car, then this is the place. Very dishonest, they try to move things along fast to sweep important facts under the rug. I bought my rogue in Jan 2019. I was told free oil change for life and tire rotation. Went many times and received both. I went today and was told that Nissan corporate told them they can’t do it for free for life and tire rotation. Went many times and received both. I went today and was told that Nissan corporate told them they can’t do it for free anymore. What????! You change the deal almost a year and a half later. It is being looked into now by corporate. Not a great way to do business. Disappointed and I feel taken. More

No wonder they have so many bad reviews. I had the worst experience that I could ever had purchasing a car lease. If you want to suffer bullying, go to this horrible place to buy a car. When you go to make the payment, they ask you for more money than the one you agreed before with the sales person, as if they were charging taxes, and you know, they are overpricing the vehicle. I spent a nightmare with those people, trying to tease me. They made me feel really bad. Shame on all of them! More

I don't live even close to this dealership and have asked them to stop sending me mail about "buying back my nissan" when I have never even owned a nissan in my entire life. I spoke with the receptionist who was less than helpful and even tried to sell me a car as I'm telling him to remove me from their mailing list repeatedly! I consider this car dealer to be extraordinarily RUDE and completely disrespectful. If this is how they treat someone who they want as a potential customer I can only imagine that the rest of their staff must be as poorly mannered as their receptionist was. On another note I'm sure once you do buy from here you will be spammed and harassed by them via mail as I have been. Highly recommend you go to a more respectful dealership. More
Bay Shore Nissan is mind numbingly atrocious. They will literally make you want to pull your hair out. I went to purchase a new vehicle. Apon arrival I immediately test drove it and proceeded to wait an ho literally make you want to pull your hair out. I went to purchase a new vehicle. Apon arrival I immediately test drove it and proceeded to wait an hour and a half before I could sit down with a salesperson. We negotiated a price and it was a good one at that, I gave a $500 deposit and swapped my insurance but was told I had to wait to talk to finance to settle up. Then they gave me the wrong VIN so I called the insurance company again. After waiting a total of SEVEN hours in the showroom (4pm-Midnight) they said finance still couldn't see me so I gave up, told them "forget it just refund my deposit" to which they said "The person who does refunds isn't here, they'll call you tomorrow" and I called the insurance company again to switch my coverage back so I could drive home. The following day they called me and said if I was still interested they'd take care of everything so I could just come in, sign and take the car home. So, like a sucker I agreed and once again added the car back on my insurance. 6 hours later with no phone call, I called and texted and got no response so I drove to the dealer and was told they still weren't ready. The following day I called in the afternoon and still no car so I asked for my $500 deposit to be refunded and of course "The person who does refunds isn't in today". And again I removed the car from my policy. I was given excuse after excuse, first it was the DMVs fault, then it was because of a rebate. Everytime I'd ask for an update it was always "really soon", and "you're up next". I was "up next" for 3 DAYS! I spent 7 hours waiting in the showroom for my car and then an additional 2 days and switched my insurance a total of 5 times all for nothing. And my refund that I was supposed to receive within 48 hours took two weeks after 4 phone calls and a visit to the showroom. Then I get a Nissan credit card in the mail. One that I never asked for. They just went ahead and opened a credit account on my behalf! The most utterly unprofessional, bush league, disfunctional operation I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. More

After driving 45 minutes for the free oil change, management was unwilling to waive the cost, and did not advise I'd be charged when making the appointment. Then, service advised I needed a new battery because ours was bad. I drove down the block to Autozone and it tested out perfect. Liars and xxxxxxxx. More
