The used car manager was present when this happened and did nothing about it. I reported the incident to Business Manager Daniela Tabera. I explained the situation and asked her to check the surveillance cameras and the used car manager to verify my claim. Over 3 weeks since the complaint and she is now not replying to my email or phone calls. I guess this is how they treat trade in customers! I recommend that you use a different dealership if you are trading in a car!!! More

I recently visited their dealership to exchange my 2018 Nissan Rogue lease, that was about to expire. I always shopped at Nissan Of Smithtown and never had any issues. So now their closed for business, so I decided to give them a chance. From the initial sales experience to the finance manager was nothing more than a bad nightmare. Not only where they dishonest about down payment, monthly payment, and even the cost of new plates. When you say you on have 1600 to put down, then thats what you have. The finance manager said how you going to pay 350 for plates, which I was told was 100 extra, plus the first month's payment, plus taxes. He was trying to get another 3500 from me when I said all I had was 1600. So now that turned into 2000 with first payment. I was so upset at this point I told them to just give me my Rogue back and ill be on my way, he refused to do so. My car was still there why not. Then they have some smooth talking young guys trying to negotiate, and coarse you to purchase the vehicle. At this point with my back against the wall I took it. After several trips to the service department already for unbalanced tires, rough engine idle, windshield stress crack etc. They supposedly fixed the issues, but in doing so they cut the dashboard, scratched all the rims from the balancing and still had same issues. The car was there three times in the last month. So after putting in a new windshield and all new rims and tires, they decide to send me a letter in the mail, stating I'm a VIP customer and we want to buy back your vehicle ok great they want to make it up to me, wrong. They just wanted to screw me again. Nissan has a lease promotion for a 2020 pathfinder s for 2199 down and 249 a month, they come back with all sorts of numbers 800 a month, 450 a month, im not looking to spend more money i just want the promotion for the Pathfinder, they wouldn't do it, just gave me the run around and wasted five hours of my time. I am so disappointed with the treatment and experience I had at Nissan Of Bayshore. More
Do not go to this dealership. I went in there to buy a new car detailing what I was looking for. They assured me I would have a good experience. They had me sitting around for 4 plus hours while they kept new car detailing what I was looking for. They assured me I would have a good experience. They had me sitting around for 4 plus hours while they kept coming back with higher numbers then told initially. I was promised no surprise charges when brought into the finance office, then they charged me with a acquisition fee of almost $1000. But the worst part is they charged me for a new registration which should have been for 2 years. It was only a registration for 2 months. When I contacted them by phone they just kept transferring me. When contacted them by email they told me I would receive my new one before my old one expired and then ignored me after that and I never received it. I have leased or bought 3 cars from this place and my family has multiple as well. We wont be returning and I suggest anyone in the market for a new car avoid this place at all costs More

Well I’m obviously not happy. I put a deposit down filled out the credit application and guess what? They sold The car on me. I just find that to be very rude and unethical. I let them know I would come in i out the credit application and guess what? They sold The car on me. I just find that to be very rude and unethical. I let them know I would come in in two days with my husband because I felt more comfortable. Within that time they had another buyer and just sold a car on me. How rude is that? They were so desperate to make a penny that they sold a car on me? Meanwhile they had so many customers a lot of customers. I mean it was just very unprofessional. My sales person was nice however they made a wrong decision as a dealership. Very rude and unprofessional!! More

I Bought my Altima in June 2019. I was also told free oil changes and tire rotation for life of my lease. I was even given a certificate with my Name, Vin # and Managers Signature on it. When I scheduled my changes and tire rotation for life of my lease. I was even given a certificate with my Name, Vin # and Managers Signature on it. When I scheduled my appointment last week, I was told that Nissan corporate does not honor this anymore. I told them I should be in the system and I have a certificate and if Nissan doesn’t do it for free I should be grandfathered in as that was part of my negotiation for leasing the car.in 2019. So next step I called the Service Manager. When the Service Manager Joe finally answered the phone, he said I could give you the oil change for the lease of the car for $24.99 but if I do have the certificate he would honor it. Well when I bought the car in and presented it to Joe he back tracked and said he could only do this oil change for free this time only. Then I went to speak to the Manager (if you could call him a manager smug and arrogant) Simon who also does not return calls. His excuse is he does not get the messages. In the real world his receptionist would be fired. Simon solution he will take me out of my lease that day and give me a new car with a maintenance agreement free of charge. Is that not ridiculous? We are talking about an oil change folks. I have leased many cars and have sent friends to Bayshore Nissan because at one time their service department was phenomenal. They will never see me or my friends again. Believe it or not the great Simon did not even know the Regional office phone number when I asked for it. For anyone that has or had this problem I suggest you call Nissan Consumer Affairs at 800-647-7261. I did and I will be getting free oil changes for the life of my lease. Well we all know how Nissan is going to respond to my review- We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. We regret to hear that you had this experience with us. More
