The worst.. Total waste of time. Very tricky and very slow, liars, 20k car try to sell you for 30k with adding all games of this insurance and that plan , then eventually after 6hours of going back and forth came out with different manager for 30k with adding all games of this insurance and that plan , then eventually after 6hours of going back and forth came out with different manager who played games and tricks, then comes to financing games and tricks, then played another game and took all the mats and bumper guards and spare tire from the car. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. This was the most miserable car buying experience I have ever had. When I had found a car i was interested in purchasing, they wouldn't give me the full price of the car, with taxes and fees, but tried to get me to put down a $10,000 down payment anyway. I have also been trying to get a 2nd key that I was promised for 2 weeks now, and they gave me the run around and even the manager who promised the key as condition of the purchase tried to say they never do that. I never thought to check reviews for a car dealership before, but I really wish I had. Im just glad its not a lease so once i get my secobd key I never have to speak to them again! More

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went to this dealership and spent almost 5 hours there on Saturday. Put a down payment of $3,000 down on a car and was returning on Monday (since the bank was already closed at that p almost 5 hours there on Saturday. I called my insurance company and insured the car, got my bank check and headed over to the dealership on the time we had agreed upon on Saturday. After sitting for 1/2 hour, I was told there was a problem. The manager told me that there was a “mix up” with the VIN #s and that the car had been sold to someone else! I checked my insurance card and the vin on the car (it was still on the lot) and they matched! He would produce no proof that the car was sold before the date i purchased, and then they brought two cars around with less mileage for me to test drive saying they would “work with the price” since they made a mistake. I test drove the first and refused the second until we spoke about $. They did NOT work anything out with the price after the test drive and I wound up walking out of there with no car, a useless bank check (that cost me$15) and a headache with my insurance company. Corporate was useless telling me that they are independently owned blah blah blah. I am actually in the process of trying to get the money back for my bank check. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I PUT MY STORY ON FACEBOOK AND APPARENTLY THEY DO THIS ALLLLLL THE TIME!!!! More

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Sentra in July of 2020. The sales person and the finance person were Hispanic and I don’t speak English fluently so we spoke In Spanish. The finance person lied to me about my loan options he got me above 9.1 % interest with my credit score being above 6.5 points. He told me that he couldn’t get another bank to finance the vehicle. He knew I wanted the car and he also told me to go back in a year and he was going to lower my payments to almost half. I wasn’t completely informed about how everything works. I went back to the dealership and to my surprise the finance person is not longer there.naw I’m stuck with a car payment of $615.00 for a Nissan Sentra. And Nissan claims that they can’t do anything about it More
I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership EVER again! They are dishonest and sold me a car with transmission issues! I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima SR on 09/16/2019. The vehicle dealership EVER again! They are dishonest and sold me a car with transmission issues! I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima SR on 09/16/2019. The vehicle had just been returned the same day as a lease from the previous owner. I spent the entire day, until closing, in attempt to finalize sales. I was told that I needed to bring the vehicle in the following day to be inspected. I went back to Bay Shore Nissan with the vehicle on 09/17/2019 to have the vehicle inspected. I spent numerous hours in the waiting area with my 2 year old niece and was told that it was taking a little longer than expected. I was offered a rental. The following day I received a phone call that the car was ready. On 08/25/2021 my check engine light came on. I took my car to Bay Shore Nissan to be serviced on 08/27/2021 at 8:15 am and was told that the transmission needed to be rebuilt at 33K miles. This was covered under warranty so the transmission was “rebuilt” in eight hours and was ready the same day. I had my reservations regarding this and called the service tech. The following day I visited a trustworthy Honda dealership and a car fax was run on the 2016 Nissan Altima SR. Apparently the day I purchased the vehicle, it could not pass emissions inspection. It failed a total of 5 times between 09/16/2019 and 09/17/2019. Instead of being honest about this and letting me know they continued to try to fix this issue and drive the car around until it would pass. I now had to trade in a car that I purchased less than two years ago with a rebuilt transmission and had to come out of pocket because I owe more than the car is worth. I’ve been a loyal customer with Atlantic Nissan as well as Bay Shore Nissan. NEVER AGAIN. I can promise you that. More
