Perhaps if you would like to rectify this unpleasant interaction you may want to give me the name of the manager you would like me to speak to. As I reply to this 1 out of 4 reviews is negative. Based on the fact that I walked out of your dealership in Feb of 2019 and drove to Smithtown and leased my Leaf from them the same day I am not surprised you will not name the manager to work on this issue. The only reason I tried your dealership again is that you are 2 minutes from my home and I wanted to avoid driving to Smithtown. In hindsight, the trip to Smithtown was worth it.
