Went there to finalize my end of lease purchase. they refuse to give me a loan unless an extended warranty was purchased and all the time trying to pressure me into leasing another vehicle. I have been a customer for 15 years and will never return to this place again. They kept me for four and a half hours, and I felt like a hostage as they took my keys so I could sit there, and they can play to this place again. All I wanted to do was change my lease to purchase, and because they would not make money off me that way, they started to play their games. They had me test driving in cars and even SUV that cost a lot more money than I told them I wanted to spend. All I wanted to do was purchase the vehicle through them, but they made this process so complicated and made me wait four and a half hours. Then the Finance manager was such a bully and very nasty. He treated me like I was a piece of garbage because I was a woman, and he could not pull one over on me. I was never mistreated so severely in my entire life. Please stay away from this place!! You will be happy that you listened to me. You will waste your time. If you want a Nissan, which is a good car, go to a different place. Find another place!! I wish I never went here. It used to be nice when they were Atlantic, but ever since then, customer service quality has decreased, and they do not care how they treat you. More
They do not honor the 20 percent over book value on your trades. They do not honor sale prices. They try to sell you a vehicle you don’t want, that they say they have in stock. WORST DEALER EVER ! ! They literally put us through helllll. Over a period of two days, we spent nearly 7 hours at Nissan of Bayshore, finally walking out without a car. ! They literally put us through helllll. Over a period of two days, we spent nearly 7 hours at Nissan of Bayshore, finally walking out without a car. The salesman, Yaz I have no problem with but the general manager, Simon Israelian ws extremely unprofessional !! They gave us a price for a 2023 Rogue that we agreed on immediately. But for some reason, they kept on stalling, sitting us at a table for hours at a time. Finally, it got so late we agreed to come back the next day. But the next day … same as the first !! They sat us down for over an hour, walked us outside to go over everything on the car. Walked us back inside, sitting us down again for over an hour. All this time I’m asking to see some paperwork. We finally were called into a dark office to talk with the general manager Simon. He went on a 30 minute rant about his bad back and some issues he was having with his eyes, and that was the reason why we could not put the lights on in the room!! Finally we asked if we could proceed, in which he pulled every excuse in the book, why he had to increase the agreed price by over $2,000. He increased the percentage rate on the loan to 7.9%, even though Nissan offers 3.69. He knocked my nephews 4 year Nursing graduate Transcripts, trying to get out of the $500 graduate bonus offered by Nissan. After an hour we had enough, stood up and walked out. He followed us and berated us in the most unprofessional way I have ever seen!! Finally we demanded our deposit back and left, hearing him still screaming at us!! I am in contact with Nissan corporate where I filed a formal complaint against Mr. Simon Israelian and the dealership!! We are still waiting for the deposit to be refunded back to our credit card. Extremely unprofessional and quite disturbing. We went to Amity Nissan, where we got our price and left with a car in less than 2 hours !! Thank god for them !! More

Absolute garbage. Went in to discuss purchasing my maturing lease and the next thing I know they're wheeling a '22 vehicle around for me to test drive. I was already not feeling well, not planning to and certainly not in the mood to test drive the same model car that i've been driving for 5 years. They never even entertained the idea of my purchase. Every payment option on the new car was so much higher than what I told them I was comfortable paying that I laughed, thinking it was an actual joke. They used every tactic in the book to try and wear me down when I didn't even want to be there in the first place. I should have just left and gone back to my original broker when they wouldn't listen to me in the beginning. The only reason I ultimately decided to go with the new car was for the warrenty. We finally got settled on a monthly payment I was comfortable with and at the end get surprised with thousands in additional charges/fees. In every other lease I've had, the taxes had been included and TALKED ABOUT before ANYTHING was even signed, so this was extremely unexpected and never mentioned to me beforehand. They offered to roll the tax into the lease after the fact, but it would bring my monthly payment up to a place I was not able to afford. When I said "you know what, just forget it," they said well everything is already in your name and it would be a huge mess to change it all back now. They gave me no choice and I was locked into something I cannot afford, when all I wanted to do in the first place was purchase the car I ALREADY HAD. These people are absolute monsters. Don't go here if you're already not feeling well or they will literally cause you vomit. That was 3.5 hours of my life that I will never get back plus the 5 minutes it took me to write this. Never again. Get a tooth pulled - it will feel like a vacation compared to the experience I had in this place. More
