I was called after inquiring online, was told they had many of cars of the model I was looking for in stock, even though it was not on their website and give 20% above KBB. I went to service my Sentra 2022. I waited an hour and a half and I was told the radio was the issue on why the sound in my car wasn’t working. I had to get back to work so ordered a radio and told me to just come back the next day. They had me wait 3 hours the next day after telling me it would be a quick fix. Afterwards they tell me the radio wasn’t actually the issue it was an electrical issue and that they would put me in a loaner. I get a call the next day from a different employee telling me that they put the new radio in and my car was ready to be picked up (Confused because I was told that actually wasn’t the real issue had to call out of work because of it) but the bad news is that my speaker in the back of my car has short circuited and they won’t cover that because “I had a lot of items in my trunk that may have been the reason why”. However before this insistence all of my speakers worked. They were firm on the fact they won’t cover my speaker that I’m sure they broke botching the situation trying to find out what was wrong with my car. On top of everything I get my car and the lining around the radio was popped out of place when I got my car back, so I could literally pull my radio right out if I or anyone else chose to do so. Bought 2018 Nissan Rogue 12/20/2021. Wasn’t thrilled with them but my son loved his car. Less than 1 year later he was in a 4 car accident and thankfully he was not injured. November 22, 2022 purchased preowned 2019 Nissan Rogue. They used every manipulative and unethical tactics that I succumbed to. I admit it is partially my fault but they work you and get you to the point of exhaustion until you finally go in to sign documents. 2nd car purchased within a year with them. You would think they would give you a deal. NOT A CHANCE. I explained my husband had committed suicide and I was financially destitute. They still used every maneuver they could. The heat shield just rusted off his car and it’s been 2 days of insane responses from them. I need to know if he’s safe driving back to college!! They are asking if I want to trade car in??? And they told me he’s due for oil change??? xxx!! Angry, upset and frustrated don’t begin to explain how I feel. I’m done with them and I’m now researching who I can contact within Nissan Corporation, which will probably get me nowhere, and anyone anywhere to explain the horrible experience I am experiencing with them. I would leave zero stars if possible. Their program director, Bianca, contacted me and asked if I was interested in a vehicle. We spoke and she assured me that the dealership would meet the lease price I wanted for a Pathfinder SL. I called back later to schedule an appointment and spoke with Michelle. We ended up speaking about a Platinum Pathfinder instead. Again I was told that the dealership was aggressively trying to sell cars today and that they would meet the price I wanted (yes we spoke actual numbers). I made it very clear that I did not want to come down and play games or hear that my price was way off. I was assured again that if I just come down today they will meet or even beat the price range I wanted. I also asked if they had white platinum pathfinders on the lot and she said yes. I show up that evening to find out that Michelle does not work there, and the dealership begins to tell me that they don't have any platinums. They then say that they have holding lots but cannot do a deal for one of those vehicles because they don't have the VINs. They then start trying to push me into an SL premium. While attempting to talk about the SL premiums they have they then say they can try and bring one over from the holding lot. I then ask, "if you can bring an SL over why can't you bring a platinum over". They then tell me they don't have any at the holding lots. A minute later he then says they can check the holding lots for a platinum. After that they then say they can't bring anything over from a holding lot. I even showed them a platinum advertised on their website, with a stock #, and a VIN#. with pictures taken in front of their building. They tell me that they don't know where that vehicle is. In the end I had to walk out because I could not get a straight answer. It seemed like they were trying to get me in an SL instead of the vehicle I came in for. I ended up wasting 2 hours there and couldn't even get to the price negotiating portion because they kept going back and forth on if they had cars, and where they were, followed by contradicting answers. They told me we can't talk price without a VIN. There were several platinums on their website with VINs but they just couldn't seem to figure out where they were. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, I am very disappointed in Michelle who it appears was saying anything to get me to come down there. And it was very frustrating that by the time I got to the dealership Michelle (who doesn't work there) was gone and I couldn't even ask her why she said they had the model I wanted in stock when the dealership said they didn't. It is disheartening to think that this could happen at a dealership, let alone one associated with the Nissan brand. I visited Bayshore Nissan with high hopes of purchasing a 2021 Nissan Rogue. After a test drive and discussions with a sales representative named Henry, I was genuinely excited about the potential deal, which also included a trade-in of my 2015 Nissan Rogue. With a long history of my family driving Nissans, I expected trust and integrity. However, what I encountered was far from the values I associate with Nissan. I placed a deposit on the vehicle, and to my shock, a mere few days later, after confirming an appointment with financing to discuss the deal, Henry claimed to have no knowledge of the vehicle's whereabouts, suggesting maybe it was sold. This left me feeling like I had been manipulated and targeted, particularly as a female customer. This experience was not just a simple mistake or miscommunication. It reeked of unethical practices that no customer should ever have to endure. I had expected a respectful and transparent transaction, but Bayshore Nissan failed to deliver on these basic expectations. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of conducting thorough research before dealing with this dealership. It is my hope that my review will serve as a warning to others, ensuring that they do not fall victim to the same dishonest practices I encountered. As a long-time supporter of the Nissan brand, I am disheartened by this experience. It is my sincere hope that Nissan Corporate will take immediate steps to investigate and rectify these issues, not only to safeguard the reputation of their brand but also to protect potential customers from similar ordeals. If you value integrity and transparency in your car-buying experience, I implore you to explore alternative dealerships that live up to these principles. Bayshore Nissan, sadly, does not.
