I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Bayshore Nissan, and I feel compelled to share my appalling experience with others to prevent them from falling into the same trap. It is disheartening to thi Nissan, and I feel compelled to share my appalling experience with others to prevent them from falling into the same trap. It is disheartening to think that this could happen at a dealership, let alone one associated with the Nissan brand. I visited Bayshore Nissan with high hopes of purchasing a 2021 Nissan Rogue. After a test drive and discussions with a sales representative named Henry, I was genuinely excited about the potential deal, which also included a trade-in of my 2015 Nissan Rogue. With a long history of my family driving Nissans, I expected trust and integrity. However, what I encountered was far from the values I associate with Nissan. I placed a deposit on the vehicle, and to my shock, a mere few days later, after confirming an appointment with financing to discuss the deal, Henry claimed to have no knowledge of the vehicle's whereabouts, suggesting maybe it was sold. This left me feeling like I had been manipulated and targeted, particularly as a female customer. This experience was not just a simple mistake or miscommunication. It reeked of unethical practices that no customer should ever have to endure. I had expected a respectful and transparent transaction, but Bayshore Nissan failed to deliver on these basic expectations. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of conducting thorough research before dealing with this dealership. It is my hope that my review will serve as a warning to others, ensuring that they do not fall victim to the same dishonest practices I encountered. As a long-time supporter of the Nissan brand, I am disheartened by this experience. It is my sincere hope that Nissan Corporate will take immediate steps to investigate and rectify these issues, not only to safeguard the reputation of their brand but also to protect potential customers from similar ordeals. If you value integrity and transparency in your car-buying experience, I implore you to explore alternative dealerships that live up to these principles. Bayshore Nissan, sadly, does not. Please be cautious and learn from my experience. Your hard-earned money and trust deserve better treatment than what Bayshore Nissan has to offer. More

I just bought a Nissan Pathfinder SL and everyone at the dealership was very helpful in responding to any questions and concerns that I had even when I visited them after my purchase. My sales representati dealership was very helpful in responding to any questions and concerns that I had even when I visited them after my purchase. My sales representatives, Jeidy Zayas and Ahmad Abualya, were not only very friendly but very knowledgeable and were able to explain to me and my wife anything we wanted to know about the vehicle's operation and more. Everyone we met with from start to finish was friendly and helpful. Simon Israelian, the Executive Manager, was especially helpful. He took the time to meet with me and my wife to educate us about the purchase and to make sure that we received a deal that we were pleased with. Simon even went out of his way to meet with me several days after the purchase to answer additional questions I had and to follow up with various things that he was helping us with in connection with the purchase of the Pathfinder. I would definitely recommend Nissan of Bay Shore to anyone looking for a fair price on a Nissan because they have definitely lived up to the motto they display on their staff shirts that says "No B.S." I'd leave zero stars if it was possible! !! I went in with my 2021 Rogue on Saturday, to see if it made any sense to trade it in and get a 2023. I was told that I needed to speak to finance !! I went in with my 2021 Rogue on Saturday, to see if it made any sense to trade it in and get a 2023. I was told that I needed to speak to finance to discuss the trade. I went in today for a scheduled appointment, figuring 'd give them a second chance, only to sit for 45 minutes...waiting.....being offered a cup of coffee( no thank you) and then being asked to take a test drive, (also, no thank you) ....found out that my salesman was not there. I left and told Tariq that I was disappointed that he didn't tell me that Kevin wasn't there yet. My salesman, Kevin, called me an hour later and told me that he ad the information for me, but didn't want to talk numbers over the phone. I understood and went back.......to find out that I was waiting AGAIN......they tried to get me to test drive AGAIN....tried to get me to switch my insurance without ever talking money....wasted 5 hours, 3 trips to the dealership and nobody give me any price on my trade. This would have been my 5th Nissan......tomorrow I am going to Mada!!!!! More
It happened in July. Lease due in 7 months. I scheduled August payment. Got a flat. Stopped with spare at dealer. Was told I had to purchase 2 tires. Before service appt, Lease due in 7 months. I scheduled August payment. Got a flat. Stopped with spare at dealer. Was told I had to purchase 2 tires. Before service appt, salesman showed me other cars. Had to put down first payment (understood) and I said can't put down more than $2,000 at signing. Salesman promised not to be any more. When signing total was $4,300. I asked for my keys of original car back. He brought it down to $3,600 and payments from other car increased $70/month. Stupidly I agreed. Since that morning I scheduled old lease August payment, was told by finance I would get old lease payment back within a month. Check came today. $4.50. Where did that amount come from??? Why did they even bother paying for postage. As I work 2 jobs to make ends meet, I greatly appreciated being told I would at least get my old car payment back since payment wasn't even due. Love my Nissan Rogue. Would NEVER go to Bay Shore again. If you weren't giving me my old car payment back, they could've at least been honest about it. They're super friendly until you sign the papers. That's when they forget who you are. More
They used bait and switch tactics with service contracts. I was told I had to take the vehicle service aggreement as a part of the financing and that it was bumper to bumper. The business manager lied on bot I was told I had to take the vehicle service aggreement as a part of the financing and that it was bumper to bumper. The business manager lied on both points. He did not give me a copy of the actual agreement until after I signed for the loan. I read the agreement. I went back to cancel the service aggreement which I had an absolute right to within 60 days. One of the managers Tariq told me a could not cancel, which is a complete lie. He called me an xxxxxxx and a piece of xxxx amongst other things. Now he has to deal with complaints filed with NMAC customer service and vehicle service agreement depts. As well as google reviews, yelp, the BBB and Dept of consumer affairs. BTW- Nissan Corp said they will cancel my service contract. More
The first used car that was shown to us had visible, obvious front end body damage, and the salesman said that the car was never involved in an accident. The salesman Dilan, kept us waiting for hours ch obvious front end body damage, and the salesman said that the car was never involved in an accident. The salesman Dilan, kept us waiting for hours changing the price of the car and waiting for the final paperwork. The car we purchased was filthy inside and the engine was full of small rocks and debris, Dilan said he would clean it before we leave with the car. The car was cleaned horribly and the engine compartment wasn't even touched. There was also a small dent with the paint removed down to bare metal and he stated that he would give us free touch up paint. I've been waiting over a month and keep calling the parts dept. and said they don't have it yet, which is ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealership. More
I was serviced by Ahmad when I got to the dealership to see if I can get a new lease as my old lease was up. They jerked me around for a couple of hours wasting my time, so I ended up leaving. Then s week see if I can get a new lease as my old lease was up. They jerked me around for a couple of hours wasting my time, so I ended up leaving. Then s week later Ahmad texted me that he would call me the next day and NEVER DID. When I texted him again a couple of weeks later, he just ignored it and never responded. Terrible and unprofessional service, avoid this dealership at all times! More

THIEVES. I was serviced by Ahmad. A pawn in their schemes. I arrived one day on a Wednesday around 3pm looking to get out of my lease and into another. 5 hour I was serviced by Ahmad. A pawn in their schemes. I arrived one day on a Wednesday around 3pm looking to get out of my lease and into another. 5 hours later, no deal. The finance people were "running the numbers." Meanwhile my keys were kept hostage. Test drove 2 different cars. They jerked me around for 5 hours until I finally left. I had been asking for my keys for 30 minutes and they didn't give them back to me. I finally took them back myself from the counter at 9pm! I told them I'd be back. 2 days later, I came back and I was there for 45 minutes and they were having me call insurance to switch to the car we discussed that I never got a lease quote for. It seemed totally irregular and nonsensical. I called SOUTH SHORE NISSAN that told me that is NOT standard practice and they were basically baiting me into the car. I read the reviews on here and literally everyone was reporting the same behavior. As a naturally polite person, I lost my patience and stormed out. Ahmad and someone else followed me out to my car where I cursed and called them out on their xxxxxxxx. Then I drove off and the finance manager mow magically had a lease quote for me...how convenient. I came to South Shore Nissan and left in less than 2 hours. DO NOT COME HERE. TRUST ME. These salesman give all car saleman a bad name. Obviously any business is looking to make a profit, but you can still be transparent about it. More
