Today I went for service the service advisor Stephen Petrowski is the worst person in this Place he threatened me not to say a word about his Technician other wise he will do something to me.when I cam Petrowski is the worst person in this Place he threatened me not to say a word about his Technician other wise he will do something to me.when I came for service he there was no check engine light on so as was done after payment I started the engine Engine light came on I went to service advisor to ask him he got furious and started Threatening me not to ask his Technician name found out how this light came. Never ever go this service center in Bayshore Nasty even at the cashier desk they don’t even say ThankYou. More

The experience I had at this dealership was excellent. I bought many of my cars here. But this last time 10/24 was the best. I had Darwin as my finance advisor and I have to say he was excellent. He expl I bought many of my cars here. But this last time 10/24 was the best. I had Darwin as my finance advisor and I have to say he was excellent. He explained things in words I could understand . He also didn’t mind repeating himself when I had trouble remembering. He made my experience a great one and he was a pleasure to sit and talk with. Lease was supposed to be a three year lease and dealership snuck in an 18 month lease which was never discussed. There are lots of other choices other than Bay Shore Nissan.
