I have been on the phone with your claims department and Hannah ( who is useless) for two months and I’ve gotten nowhere. Yesterday she told me sorry there is nothing we can do. The car is past the 10,000 miles warranty even though it was bought certified preowned at 40,000 miles…...what a stupid answer, How dumb can you be?. I have no faith of calling you will get anything done. All I can do is let people I know understand what crooks you are and that you really don’t care about your customers, only the sale.
