The service dept of this dealership is so disappointing. I have given them two opportunities to change my mind and both times the experience was awful. The first time I called and asked about an oil change I have given them two opportunities to change my mind and both times the experience was awful. The first time I called and asked about an oil change and they said there is no wait come on over. When I arrived they said no more service was being done today they sent everyone home. The second time I went there I had an appt, but waited in a que outside for approx. 30 minutes only to be told that my oil change would take 2.5 hours. So I cancelled and backed out of the terribly laid out service drive. I will never go back and am considering selling my Nissan as I can't seem to find a decent dealership within 100 miles of my home. More

Don’t ever try to contact someone with authority because they only give you the run around. This dealer has had my newly purchased (6weeks) used car for over a month and still can’t resolve the problem. The they only give you the run around. This dealer has had my newly purchased (6weeks) used car for over a month and still can’t resolve the problem. The sales people won’t help you. They only say trade it in or sell it yourself. We’ve looked at their lot and nothing is comparable. Been trying to get a call back from the GM, no luck. I’ll be contacting corporate and the dealer board next. More
