Good experience at Nissan of Athens GA Took car in to get new tires, to check on a driver side camera, and to check on the seat rising mechanism. Got 3 new tires and the 4th one free. The seat was rising as it should — I am short and thought it should rise more - I was wrong. The service person also found a recall on the ABS system and fixed that. In doing this , a code was given by the “diagnostic “ machine indicating a possible problem in the transmission. The transmission was still under warranty so this problem was checked and repaired. Would have cost a lot of money if not under warranty. The camera was a different matter. This Nissan Murano has wonderful cameras and the one on the driver side was blurry- not clear like the passenger side camera. At check-out I asked what the camera problem had been and I was told that it was compared with 2 other cars exactly like mine and all appeared to be the same so they concluded there was no problem. I insisted there was a problem with the camera!! To make a long story short I had a service person get in the car with me to observe the problem. He decided to wash & dry all the cameras and that fixed the problem —- IT WAS DIRTY! I will clean them next time myself now that I know where they are located on the car! I feel I had a good experience and the service personnel really took good care of my car!!! I am very grateful! More
