Excellent Service, just no way to contact when needed My husband tried unsuccessfully for 3 days to get in touch with someone in the service department. He called and was repeatedly placed on hold and every time, it would ring back to the operator. Finally out of desperation, I made the 45 minute drive, taking a chance that I could be assisted. Once I reached the dealership, Kelly Richardson was excellent. He quickly took care of everything I needed had my car ready before promised. Our issue is that we have very busy, demanding work schedules and we can't always drive 45 minutes one way to find out if our need can be met, or furthermore, if we need to make an appointment for another day. It would be really nice if Nissan of Athens had good customer service and would answer the phone to speak to a customer in advance. More

Usually feel good about having maintenance done on my car! Did not feel the same this time! Kind of flippant! Did not get a car wash just said could not do it!
