Very clean and comfortable. Service writer was very knowledgeable aboiut my problem. Jerry, our sales guy was great. Only after the deal was done did I find out that I was missing a front mat and only one Key fob was provided and the key was not even cut. Next time I’ll make sure I have everything as it cost me over $250 to get a back up fob. Also, reminder to the dealer to check the gas tank As a courtesy to your customers. As I was about to drive away, I noticed there was only a quarter of a tank of gas, and when I asked for them to fill it out, they only filled it up halfway. Small items, but kind of soured my experience. More

We had a previous issue of being turned away for a service right after being told over the phone to bring our car in...it was not only pre-scheduled, but something quite routine - and despite a reply service right after being told over the phone to bring our car in...it was not only pre-scheduled, but something quite routine - and despite a reply we received on our Google Maps reviews, we had no correspondence with a manager, even after I contacted Nissan support with screenshots and was promised a reply. But, we gave them another try today for a service, and Bobby made it right! He was honest, thorough, very kind, and fair. Not to mention personable! A highlight was that y'all's shop let us know that a minor repair we wanted assessed was actually not needed/not useful - though it would've been fairly cheap if not free, it's still a green flag for a mechanic. More
