Customer Service for an Oil Change is a gross misnomer! The dealership has a large sign stating "Express Service - No appointment necessary for oil change and tire rotation". I had called the dealership two days prior to getting there where I scheduled an oil change and requested a tire rotation. I was given a time of 11:00 A. M. which was acceptable. I arrived perhaps 10 minutes early. At the time the service technician wrote up the order he told us it would be 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hour for the service. We live in another city so had driven for 30 minutes to get there. Thought it impractical to try to reschedule. After checking with the technician multiple times about the progress on the service we got our car back at 2:50 P. M. NEARLY 3 HOURS FOR AN EXPRESS OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. This was our 4th service visit to this dealership where we had purchased this car. Each time we have had an oil change I have requested a tire rotation. The invoice always states that a rotation was done. Today was actually the first. Maybe this is customer service to you but, it certainly is not to me. At one point in checking for progress on the car I asked the Service Manager for the status. His reply was that I needed to check with the service writer. His attitude was that he could care less!! Poor quality of service I receive texts that offer scheduling of service, but when I respond, they don't follow through. I ordered multiple parts for my new niassan kicks, was told they came in, but then never could get an appt for them to allow me to see them before they put them on. When my husband finally went in to see the parts, some of them were incorrect and the staff in parts didn't seem to know how to order the correct parts. Hopefully my refund will be processed soon. My oil was changed and tires rotated, but I was told it couldn't be cleaned because the equipment was broken. My experience with this dealership has been pretty rough, from sale to service. More

Blatant scam - Cheap and irresponsible This dealership sent out a Christmas flyer advertising a car deal along with a “Instant Win Event” scam. The lottery style flyer makes you think that This dealership sent out a Christmas flyer advertising a car deal along with a “Instant Win Event” scam. The lottery style flyer makes you think that you’ve won a 70” tv and even says you’re a “guaranteed winner” when you enter your code online. I visited the dealership the next day after being told to do so by the automated response hotline listed. When I got to the dealership I was told that I hadn’t actually won, but was “elidgable” to win one of five amazinggg prizes if I fill out two forms and spin a slot machine app. I walked away 20 minutes later with a pitiful Bluetooth speaker that was likely from the sale section at the dollar tree. Cheap and irresponsible way to get people into their dealership. Disappointment isn’t a great marketing tactic. Speaks poorly of the character of the management at Nissan of Athens. More
