Average My original impression of the dealership was a good one, as they sent a driver to Buford Ga. to pick me up. When I got there I met Bruce (Doss?) who w My original impression of the dealership was a good one, as they sent a driver to Buford Ga. to pick me up. When I got there I met Bruce (Doss?) who would be my salesman. I had no reason to distrust him as he seemed pleasant and personable. He provided answers to my questions, but it seemed every question I had he would have to go and get an answer. I was only given the option to purchase a pre selected car that I ended up buying. What was strange I thought was the dissuasion to consider other cars. I informed Bruce I didn't like drum brakes all around mainly because the wheel covers are prone to pop off under certain circumstances. Bruce assured me that these covers won't pop off because they are screwed on. After reading the owners manual, I found that they pry off like I thought they would. The next day, Bruce called me telling me I needed to come in to bring my social security card. He couldn't accept my faxing it to him, I had to come in. This was a deceptive reason because I actually had to sign a new, longer contract and Bruce was no where to be found. This experience with him has totally soured my feelings about the entire transaction, because I should have been told the truth about everything. I felt like I was being tricked by the "used car salesman" telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. I was disrespected by this deception. I had a very crisp, professional experience with the financing and signing of the proper paperwork, but this experience with your salesman leaves a very bad taste. By the way, my social security card was never asked for. I hope, should I ever need to travel the 50 miles to Athens for service, that the business treats me with more respect that I received from Mr. Doss. Thank you, Tony Williams More

Lengthy waits at times but just depends on when you arrive. The variety of (Free!) drinks and snacks are great. Will go to Nissan of Athens to get oil changed as long as I still live close by. More

Altima Recall Service I dropped in after receiving email regarding a recall and Kelly offered me same day /immediate service. I wasn't able to stay right then so he schedul I dropped in after receiving email regarding a recall and Kelly offered me same day /immediate service. I returned that afternoon and Serge made sure my car was serviced and I was out of there in just over an hour. EasyPeasy! This why I love this service center! More
