Service took way too long I had the first appointment of the day for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was ten minutes early, waiting outside the service center doors. As I had the first appointment of the day for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was ten minutes early, waiting outside the service center doors. As soon as the overhead door opened, I pulled my car in. Two hours later, I was still sitting in the waiting room with no communication from any of the service folks. When I finally went out to ask for an update, the attendant reacted surprised, as if he thought I should have been done and out of there by now. When I was finally able to get my car and leave, I came across the plastic on my seat and the paper on the floor. I would think that the last person in my car would have removed these protective items before turning the car back over to the customer. The price (free) was great! I have a feeling my service experience may have been affected by the fact that I was getting the work done at no charge. More

Reliable and honest service I an very satisfied with the service I receive from Nissan of Athens. I feel they are very honest, and they never try to “upsell” me as some other sh I an very satisfied with the service I receive from Nissan of Athens. I feel they are very honest, and they never try to “upsell” me as some other shops do. As a single woman it is very important to be able to take my car somewhere that I trust. I took my car in recently when I had trouble starting it on a very cold morning - even though the battery was recently replaced. Service advisor Heather Harrell went above and beyond to help figure out the problem. We spoke with the shop foreman and solved the mystery. (If you move your car a short distance then let it run for a few minutes before turning it off - especially if the temp outside is very cold). I highly recommend the service department at Nissan of Athens!!!! Thank you!!! More
