He then introduced me to the sales mgr. Steve who assisted in locating my new truck exactly as I wanted it color, options etc. The negation was easy no pressure like some other dealers that I had visited, we agreed shook hands and the Village team went to work. in just two hours Steve called be back with great news he had not only located my truck as I wanted it but it would be in the following morning, WOW that's service, we then arranged a pickup time for the next day. when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was out front and spotless Steve greeted me and introduced me to the general mgr. Nick who then thanked me for my business I told him that he should be proud of his team for they didn't miss a beat through the whole process, If you are buying a new Nissan you owe it to yourself to stop at this dealership. He let me test drive the car and does what not a lot of salesmen are smart enough to do and let the car sell itself!!!! He answered every question I had and told me the info I needed know. When I told him I was interested he got the deal done right on the spot no BS and I signed the papers right then and there because I trusted him. By Tuesday night I drove off in my new car. All I can say, is that was one of the best decisions we could have made. My husband & I both felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us throughout the entire experience. Nick was such a great guy and did everything he could to accomodate us. He was friendly and professional and made us feel very comfortable with the entire lease process. The 2010 Altima was exactly as I had asked....every option I needed and wanted, right down to the exterior color and interior color! When my husband and I drove to Village Nissan to sign all the paperwork, Nick rolled out the red carpet even another time, telling us that instead of us driving back to the dealership the following day to pick up the car, he was going to have the car delivered to us, even though we lived over 80 miles away. I was very happy about that!! Eric traveled to my home town to deliver the car and spent time with me explaining all the features of the vehicle so that he was sure I was happy with everything about it. My husband and I have purchased and/or leased several vehicles throughout our lives and I can honestly say that neither of us would be able to give such a great review if we did not truly feel it was accurate! This was the 6th Nissan my family has bought at this dealership since 2000. Four cars were bought when it was Fireside and two from Village. In a busness that can be very cut throat the employees at Nissan Village made me feel comfortable from the minute I stepped in the door to the minute I drove off with my brand new 2010 Nissan Altima. The General Manager Nick Rustom was a joy to work with and the sales rep, Blane Willey was knowledgeable and very easy going. They certainly know how to treat thier clients and they have gained a life long client. Bought a 2006 Nissan Murano after owning a Pathfinder for 6 yrs. Love how well Nissan holds onto their value! I have to say Al Dias was one of the best sales people I have ever delt with! Funny, friendly, and personable. I truely believe he got me the best deal possible. I found a small dent in the side after my purchass and they are fixing it hassel free on Friday! I say that is going above and beyond. I highly reccomend Al Dias if your in need of a new or used car. Also, Stanly the finance manager is wonderful! Makes you feel good about what you are doing and gives you plenty of options for your loan and possible extras. More
