I own a Brand New Nissan I didn't set out to purchase a new car. I bought my old car in for service, ended up speaking with a Dealer, He was very persuasive and knew about all I didn't set out to purchase a new car. Holes in the bumper We recently (April 2019) purchased a 2019 Rogue after purchasing a 2018 Kicks in November of 2018. So, our first experience lead us back to this deal We recently (April 2019) purchased a 2019 Rogue after purchasing a 2018 Kicks in November of 2018. So, our first experience lead us back to this dealership. After bringing the Rogue home, we took the front dealer tag off of the SUV. To our utter surprise, holes were drilled into the front bumper of our $40,000 SUV. My husband went to the dealership and was told they were required to put the dealer tag on the SUV and that all vehicles have holes drilled in the bumper to attach the tag. I suppose it slipped their mind that we purchased another SUV in November and there were NO HOLES drilled in our Kicks. The parts manager was supposed to call my husband to discuss ordering something to coverup the holes-it has been almost a week and NO PHONE CALL. Since then, we have ordered (at our expense) bumper plugs to cover up the holes. Most dealers support the front dealer tag using brackets that attach from the backside of the bumper so that no holes are drilled in the vehicle. This has been our third experience with service/parts at this dealership and there is a pattern developing of excuses which has lead us to another visit of experiencing unsatisfactory customer service. I am not sure they are living up to their motto, "Making the impossible possible." My husband has also left numerous messages for the GM...crickets! More
Not Helpful I made an appointment to have my son's Nissan Kicks oil changed and tires rotated. I pulled in and got out of my car and for the longest time no one I made an appointment to have my son's Nissan Kicks oil changed and tires rotated. I pulled in and got out of my car and for the longest time no one addressed me. Finally someone said they would be right with me. The service manager came out and asked if he could help me. I told him I was there for the first service on the car and I had a sticker on the car saying the first service was complimentary. He said, "We don't honor these anymore, but we will this time." Why say that? Like you are doing me a favor?? So, then he placed me with an advisor, Randy. Randy was helpful and answered all my questions at this time. I was told that the rotation is not included in the free service-which was fine. After waiting almost two hours, I asked Randy about the long wait for an oil change and tire rotation. His first response when I said I had an appointment was, "That is an appointment with your service advisor." I responded, "Well, that is misleading when you sign up for service." Then he proceeds to tell me that they are really busy today. I was never told they were busy and that an oil change and tire rotation would take longer than expected. I conveyed that it was not good customer service to not give an estimated time of waiting. At this point, Randy got on his computer and began to ignore me, I asked him was that all the answer that he was going to give me and he said it was an honest answer and then ignored me again. While standing there, my car was brought around. I told him I knew a survey would be sent out and I was not happy how I had been treated...especially since we had just bought a 2nd car from the dealership within the past week. Randy told the service manager that I was not happy, so he came over to speak with me. I told him my concerns and he told me the same thing, that they were very busy-which is an EXCUSE!!! He asked what he could do and I said comp me for the tire rotation-which they did. Second visit 5/11/2019-the check engine light is on. ALL THEY DID WAS CLEAR THE CODE!!! AND...there is NOT even a record of having that done AND they did not list that the tires were rotated on the first visit....so were they??? My son took his Kicks to another Nissan service department today (5/17/19) and they actually did service on the car and found a problem with the O-ring seal. I will not return with my son's 2018 Kicks or my bring my 2019 Rogue to this service department!!! More

Unhappy with service center In April 2018 I took my Rouge to Nissan South where I purchased it. Spoke to a young white male about my tire on the front driver's side becau In April 2018 I took my Rouge to Nissan South where I purchased it. Spoke to a young white male about my tire on the front driver's side because it was making a clicking noise..... They took my car to the back. The young man told me the part was not in BUT when it comes in he will call me, Well, I got a call from him stating the part was in.....take my car back to the dealer.....In the waiting area an hour or two; he comes and tells me the part isn't in.....WHAT? I was upset, so I called Mr. Ralph Gray to let him know what I had experienced. He apologized and Mr. Gray assured me when the part came in and it was in his hand he will call me. I received that call. Took my car in to have the repair done....was in the waiting area for 4 hours, finally, my car was fixed so I thought. Had my radio off and I heard the sound again....... I took my car in Sat 6/9 talked to Olaniyi about the issue I was having. He looked in the system and looked at me and said "we ordered the part you didn't bring your car back" What? In confused so why did I sit in the waiting area for 4 hours? I told him I didn't have time to wait so I will bring my car back first thing Monday morning. The Olaniyi said he will be there on Monday. Took my car back Monday, he wasn't there Nor Mr. Ralph Gray. Getting upset. Helen came over to assist me, I spoke with her about the issue and bless her heart she tried to find out what was going on and I thank her for trying to help. Took my car back Wed 6/13 at 10:00 a.m Olaniyi assist me again, I asked Mr. Gray to come out so I could find out what was going on. Was my car repaired or Not. They sent my car to the back; 4 hours passed. Olaniyi came in offered me a car to use because he said it was going to be a while telling me what all they had to do and it was going to take some hours before they finish. I'll wait I told him. Helen came and told me the serviceman wanted me to ride with him. Ride with him? I go outside he tells me he was riding around in my car with my air on using my gas and didn't hear anything. It is six o'clock and you mean to tell me you are just coming, asking me to ride with you? The serviceman told me "I just got your car it has been sitting outside" WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON? So Olaniyi lied telling me my car was being repaired while I was waiting for six hours and it was actually sitting outside all that time not being touched? I will not dare to tell you when I had my tires rotated, I had to go back the next day because whoever rotated my tires bent something when he rotated the tires. Well Mr Ralph Gray road with me and finally heard the noise to tell me "your warranty has expired" It wasnt expired in April, May, June July July all the way till Dec... Now the young man who sold me my car Mr. Nails is an awsome salesperson and I will buy another car from him and I love Kandise too. He still has the same professional and courteous demeanor that he always has. He listens to what you want and what you can afford and then he goes to bat for you to get just that. What more could you ask for. There are also other friendly employees such as Ms. Rosie Green that also gives you a warm and friendly greeting along with a weath of knowledge about your vehicle. Great experience AGAIN!!!! I came in for service to have my oil changed and while waiting, dedited to look around. I learned there was an awesome rebate being offered and afte I came in for service to have my oil changed and while waiting, dedited to look around. I learned there was an awesome rebate being offered and after inquiring, I decided to trade my 2015 Altima for a 2018 Altima. This is my 7th Altima purchase (6 purchased at this dealership).
