I have been going to this dealership for service since I purchased my truck in 2018. This past Friday I went there for service and noticed my interior back light was on after I got home. I'm not sure why someone was in the BACK seat of my vehicle when the service was UNDER THE HOOD!! I discovered they had stolen some bank papers I had in the pocket behind the driver's seat. I went back on Saturday and the service manager, who really seemed unbothered, called the technician to see if he'd 'seen' any bank papers. Of course he didn't!! HE was under the hood!! I don't believe the technician did it but SOMEONE there did!!! I called the police while I was there to make a report. I will NOT be returning there for service obviously however, they need to look at their cameras to determine who is stealing out of customer cars!! More
I came in on yesterday which was 4/25/22 to get a diagnostic and oil changed. I left their with a piece of my front end hanging off until it came off my car on the highway and I took my car too anoth diagnostic and oil changed. My car had been sitting up for months so my oil looks like it did not need changed when it did and I pay you all for Service Chanel Ross was the person handling my car I feel like your workers are not communicating with each other. I still need my oil changed or my money back and my front end fix as well. I tried to call the manager and I keep getting the voice mail I take it like you all said xxxx me. Oh also I came right back to tell you all about my bumper piece from under the hood and she act like she did not care and told me you go to the Kia maintenance side and the guy said it was nothing he could do he just changed oil and nothing else. My car is a Nissan Altima 2007 SE 3.5 Gold car 4 door Sedan I know my car is old but I payed you all for my service and you all said the xxxx with me. I have left a message with my phone number for the manager and you still have not call me. I am a very unhappy customer and I need a phone call ASAP. I bought 2 brand news vehicles and both times, they lied, gave me bad deals with more lies. NOTHING THAT THEY SAY CAN BE TRUSTED. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation and it always takes around 3 hours for some reason. A few weeks later I noticed two of my Michelin tires were replaced with another brand. TL;DR - Shady, incompetent, juvenile, scam-artists. Car in the repair shop the next day. Keep away from these scoundrels. Just 10 miles off the lot and three issues arose with my vehicle that weren't present in my test drive. I don't know how they jerry-rigged the vehicle to maintain a good first impression because I'm unfamiliar with how crooks operate. If your salesperson is Cameron Gaines (Cam), immediately ask for someone else! I knew more about the vehicles I went to see than he did. We barely made anything more than small talk because every time I asked him a question he didn't know the answer. Luckily I had a friend who already owned the car I was looking at and was familiar with it. Sadly, I didn't inspect the car thoroughly enough. Now I'm paying for it. Cameron Gaines is a scammer, as is the dealer fee (which is twice the GA average). He doesn't give a crap about you, he's not interested in finding the right car for you, he doesn't care about your wants and needs, and he doesn't go the extra mile to help you make an informed purchase (let alone a full mile at all). Cameron said they would make two credit pulls, which is what I asked for, and they made three. Cameron said he would have a second key for me the next day, they didn't. Cameron said he would be there the next day, he wasn't. Cameron said the vehicle had just been inspected, and I had low tire pressure (which ended up being 20 out of a max 44 PSI) once I made it several miles off the lot. Cameron Gaines said I reminded him of people from his home town. I wonder how much he hated those people. Again, if you're approached by Cameron Gaines, WALK AWAY. The dealership doesn't give a crap about you at all. These people want your money and that's it. When returning the next day, no one could get Cameron on the phone about the second key, the manager talked to me via a middle-man, and the salesperson himself treated me like he couldn't care less about my situation. No one cares at all. They didn't want to make right the situation, didn't offer any advice or help whatsoever. They said too bad, and walked away from me. They treat you like a floor mat, and nothing more. In addition, the staff are all frequently lounging around like a pack of wolves waiting to strike on the next person to enter the lot. They constantly are fooling around, yelling, and goofing-off. Even if they're right next to you when dealing with a salesperson, trying to converse, the other staff is obnoxious and boisterous. NO ONE has any respect for you or your business. The ONLY person who does their job with no BS at this dealership is the man in the back right office, right next to the service shop, who does your down-payment and final paperwork. He definitely isn't a talker, but he zipped through the process with ease and corrected an error in the paperwork before he could blink twice. Best person in there. I will not recommend to anyone! I regret getting a Nissan being a 2019 I’ve had problems with it as in paint flaking off and bubbling. You call that a poor paint job. Upon leaving that day I noticed a scratch and notified Jessica she said she would get it taken care of, that never happened. Once you leave the lot with your purchase they could care less from there.
