First I arrived @ 7am to have them check my onboarding "Car Play system" as the system doesn't connect with my phone and if it does, after I set what I want from my internet out side of the car, it stops "Car Play system" as the system doesn't connect with my phone and if it does, after I set what I want from my internet out side of the car, it stops connecting... many other issues. I explained the many issues, After, 3 hours of waiting and I had to go and find someone, the technician basically told me, nothing was wrong... I showed him on my phone, and nothing.. he said it was my phone, and I needed to upgrade it, after telling me he was trying to help, but he doesn't get paid unless he does something they can bill. for. I stayed another hour, to upgrade my phone-- then had the service people check, and it still did not work. The technician told me that I would have to take a photo of the problem while I was driving so they could sent it to the Nissan company to believe there was a problem--- another inappropriate comment. Then the main service manager I was assigned to said they could try something else, and it would take an hour. As I had already been there for 4 hours, that was an inappropriate thing-- should have tried that much sooner. Then I was told, there was nothing else they could do, but comeback during the week when the main Nissan place was open. I work full time and travel-- I do not have issues connecting to any other GPS system in a rental car -- so not my phone. While waiting, I talked with several other patrons there who were having the same problem with their system and no one was paying attention to it. I came home and restarted everything, even tried other phones in my family.. nothing. I don't appreciate the service, attitute of the staff as it was my fault the system doesn't work nor, being inconvenienced of being told to come back during regular business hours. No one has followed up with me, to see I am still having the problems a week later... The worst customer service! More

Took about 2 hours for a tire rotation. Additionally, they took the new sticker off that stated my next service and put a mileage that is less than my current mileage as my next service.
