At least own up to your mistake like MAN. You need to be educated on how to communicate and comprehend the words that are coming out of your mouth. Fantastic Service Center! I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how great my experience was in the service center. I had a oil change appt and my service adviser was Mike I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how great my experience was in the service center. I had a oil change appt and my service adviser was Mike Martinez. My appt was at 8am on Saturday. Mike was a great guy, very knowledgeable, and got me in and out very quickly, he even got my car washed for me! The service center was very clean, comfortable, and even had complimentary drinks and food. I worked in the car dealership business for over 6 years before I moved out here from NJ and I must say this is one of the best dealerships around. I will most certainly be back! More

Service Dept. Is Always Top Notch I have been coming to Nissan Redlands for quite a few years, even after buying my vehicle elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful; but the servic I have been coming to Nissan Redlands for quite a few years, even after buying my vehicle elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful; but the service department is definitely the best asset. I get great service, honest feedback, and honest repair information without ever feeling pressured. I also have to include my service rep Kevin Griffin who I've been coming to since getting service here - he is knowledgeable and simply a great guy to deal with. Great service, great dealership and great staff! Highly recommend. More

DO NOT USE Screw this place! I came in to get something replaced because it broke under warranty and I waited an hour for them to tell me it broke. Ummm...duh th Screw this place! Then I was told the piece they needed to order would be there in about a week. I wait 2 weeks then I called and Gene Lum said "oh its been here for a week." Where the xxxx was my call saying it was in!?!? So I come in to get it fixed and then Gene said, "oh I'm sorry we can't do it today, we close in 2 hours" and I was told it only took 45 min! Where's the logic in that!? Communication is KEY when running a business. You have losty business I just hope your other store in Riverside isn't this bad! More

Mr. Martin is an amazing owner and community member Had an issue with my van and Mr. Martin and his staff went above and beyond to take care of it! What a blessing they were to our family and he not only helped us out but we know many others in the community who rave about him and his staff and who shop and service no where else! A true family feel at this business where customers are treated as family and staff has even commented on how they stick around because of that family atmosphere created by Mr. Martin. Started off kind of rough w Diego but Tom, and Bill stepped n and helped out tremendously!!! They really helped me out w my tire issue. I bought a new car and 7 months later the tire has a ball on the stepped n and helped out tremendously!!! They really helped me out w my tire issue. I bought a new car and 7 months later the tire has a ball on the side wall. I just didnt see hw it was my fault it seemed more like a defective tire. In the end it looks like maybe my wife or i could have run over a small pot hole. But they still helped out. More
