Fantastic Service Center! I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how great my experience was in the service center. I had a oil change appt and my service adviser was Mike I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how great my experience was in the service center. I had a oil change appt and my service adviser was Mike Martinez. My appt was at 8am on Saturday. Mike was a great guy, very knowledgeable, and got me in and out very quickly, he even got my car washed for me! The service center was very clean, comfortable, and even had complimentary drinks and food. I worked in the car dealership business for over 6 years before I moved out here from NJ and I must say this is one of the best dealerships around. I will most certainly be back! More

Service Dept. Is Always Top Notch I have been coming to Nissan Redlands for quite a few years, even after buying my vehicle elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful; but the servic I have been coming to Nissan Redlands for quite a few years, even after buying my vehicle elsewhere. DO NOT USE Screw this place! I came in to get something replaced because it broke under warranty and I waited an hour for them to tell me it broke. Ummm...duh th Screw this place! Then I was told the piece they needed to order would be there in about a week. I wait 2 weeks then I called and Gene Lum said "oh its been here for a week." Where the xxxx was my call saying it was in!?!? So I come in to get it fixed and then Gene said, "oh I'm sorry we can't do it today, we close in 2 hours" and I was told it only took 45 min! Where's the logic in that!? Communication is KEY when running a business. You have losty business I just hope your other store in Riverside isn't this bad! More

Mr. Martin is an amazing owner and community member Had an issue with my van and Mr. Martin and his staff went above and beyond to take care of it! Started off kind of rough w Diego but Tom, and Bill stepped n and helped out tremendously!!! They really helped me out w my tire issue. I bought a new car and 7 months later the tire has a ball on the stepped n and helped out tremendously!!! They really helped me out w my tire issue. I bought a new car and 7 months later the tire has a ball on the side wall. I just didnt see hw it was my fault it seemed more like a defective tire. In the end it looks like maybe my wife or i could have run over a small pot hole. But they still helped out. More
