I am upset at the inadequate workmanship of your mechanics. I had a transmission replaced and the mechanic never reprogram two of the computer. He said the usually only do one. No matter what both should do both as a part of the transmission repair. After the repair my car shut off for no reason come to find out they only reprogrammed one not both. I am a Female and senior and luckily my car shut off down the street my home. I recently drove to Az,and San Diego. What if I got stuck in the desert? It now takes approximately 2 hrs for a tow and at 118 degrees in the desert id be dead. People depend on good workmanship when it comes to their cars. Just like when I took my fob to the dealer because I replaced the batteries and they still did work. Instead of trying new batteries just to see, they wanted to charge me over $300 per service manager and a 10 Percent discount to a loyal customer. Wow for a new one. I have made notes if anything happens to me due to the transmission dying in the desert or other issues your dealership will be held responsible. I've bought 3 vehicles from that dealership. So we spend thousands on a car then get half fast maintenance work? I want this email to go to corporate. More
