I'm writing this review because the new management has made it clear that their focus is on money, not customer service or loyalty. I've been coming here for almost five years and have always been loyal, made it clear that their focus is on money, not customer service or loyalty. I've been coming here for almost five years and have always been loyal, getting most of my car work done here. I used to purchase the 3-pack oil changes for $65, but today when I brought my car in for an oil change, I was informed that the new management has discontinued this offer. Another customer and I also inquired about the complimentary car washes that used to come with each oil change, and those are gone too. It was very disappointing. I loved this Nissan dealership because they valued loyal customers. However, when I went to pay the full price of $85 for the one oil change, I found out that my 24 service points, which would give me $24 off my next service, were no longer valid. The new owners had taken that away as well. I was furious because the last time I tried to use these points after my previous oil change, I was told a manager had to authorize it, so I had to wait until my next visit. This was that visit, and they didn't honor it. The new management does not care about the loyal clientele the previous owners built. It's just disappointing because I genuinely loved my local Nissan More
