Adan, the service team, and a wonderful lady who handles the loaner cars were such a great help! Every one of them are so accommodating, and go above and beyond to get you issue resolved. I accidentally the loaner cars were such a great help! Every one of them are so accommodating, and go above and beyond to get you issue resolved. I accidentally left some very important paperwork in a loan vehicle and Adan and the loaner car lady (sorry, I was going through a lot and I forgot her name but I remember her face!) did everything they could in their power - including digging in the trash - to see if my paperwork was there. My paperwork ended up still being in the loaner car and I was the FIRST person they called when it was located. Everything is good now and I will ALWAYS recommend Nissan above any other company (and I've tried all the other big name brands). This is superb customer service. More
