Never will we buy from Nissan of Greenville again. We bought our Frontier on July 3, 2024. Got the package deal of a window/glass warranty and tire and wheel warranty at a cost of $798 total. In Septe We bought our Frontier on July 3, 2024. Got the package deal of a window/glass warranty and tire and wheel warranty at a cost of $798 total. In September we got a windshield chip from a rock off another car. Called the warranty company and the warranty was voided the day we bought the truck. Many phone calls and trips to the dealership to fix this problem have been made to no avail. They chumped us off. So we were without warranty all this time. It was supposed to expire this month but that’s neither here nor there since we were never covered. So they stole $798 from us. The general manager has not responded to our problem. Don’t buy from them. They’re crooks!! Also if you bought a vehicle from them, check your contract and call the warranty company to ensure it wasn’t voided out. More

I will never buy from this dealer again. I came in with cash to buy a car for my daughter and then decided to finance to help her with her credit. Car price was 9,999. I put 6k down, they changed the price of the car buy 2k and then added a bunch of add ons. I financed 9K after putting 6k down….. no one from the dealer will call me back etc. every few days it’s my manager was supposed to call you, sorry we were busy, sorry he will call you tomorrow. The big dealer discount gets countered by a huge add-ons ($3,000+) most of which are useless or overpriced. It was like pulling teeth to even get them to put anything in writing for me to see. Had one salesman ghost me and another make me wait 20 minutes to test drive for a scheduled appointment after I showed up 10 minutes early. I left before she came back with the keys. It was too bad. She was a sweet lady. Go somewhere else. More

If you are an inexperienced buyer and don`t understand how to negotiate a deal that is feasible with respect to your income, please talk to someone or be accompanied by a knowledgeable person otherwise you will be taken advantage of as I was. I do hold myself accountable for my own ignorance and for the purchase but this process is predatory in nature. The idea is to make the sale and not match the customer with a vehicle ideal for his or her budget.
