While driving on a major highway, a plastic trim piece at the bottom of my windshield suddenly flew off. The car only has 10,000 miles and is in year 2 of a 3-year lease — something like this should not be happening on a fairly new vehicle. When I brought the car in, I was told it wouldn’t be covered under warranty because I didn’t have the part. I honestly have no idea what they expected me to do — stop my car on a busy highway going 60 mph and try to retrieve it? The explanation made absolutely no sense. I emailed the service manager twice. I got one response saying he would get back to me, and then… nothing. No follow-up, no help, no attempt to address the issue. I’m now contacting Nissan directly to try to get this resolved, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this dealership. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. More
Fraudulent business practices. Such as bait and switch.. Same car listed at 2 stores with different prices and they send you to the store that it's not at and try to show you a car Such as bait and switch.. Same car listed at 2 stores with different prices and they send you to the store that it's not at and try to show you a car you never wanted it asked about but tell you that you did but it's the wrong color stock number and vin number. You go to the store that you finally find out the car is at and you go there and it's listed for more than 3000 more. You get them to agree to sell it for the lower advertised price and try to hit you with outrageous bogus fees 2695 for NJ inspection costs the customer nothing and 2495 for certification. Which is they are selling the car as certified costs the dealership 500 and Nissan doesn't allow that to be passed on as an additional charge to the customer but they lie and say it's for activation another bogus fee and their documentary fee went from 795 to 1095 in minutes. Had I not been in the business for 25 years prior they would have stolen over 6000 from me. These tactics are illegal and theyshould be in jail! Nissan should take away their franchise without question! Anybody looking for a car start far far away from any of their stores! They are morning but thugs and thieves! More

From the start of the deal, I knew this dealership was shady. They said things were included and then there was more money added to the to the. deal. Our problems went on from May 2024 and finally in Nove shady. They said things were included and then there was more money added to the to the. deal. Our problems went on from May 2024 and finally in November we were able to put out all the fires that happened because of this lease deal. Our experience included the dealership not grounding the truck that was coming back in off lease for nearly three months, the wrong license plates being placed on the. new leased truck and several other little things. Each time we reached out we were placed on hold forever and then disconnected I had my issues fixed when I made the drive to the dealership. I hope that my review sends people to another Nissan Dealership, note that the Nissan in Red Bank is owned by the same family. More
