The general manager called me to apologize and told me he would set up a free oil change car wash and loaner for the day all I had to do was drop my car off at 7am on 9/24 I called on my way to the deanship since I never received a call confirming the appointment and they had no record of my appointment and told me they don't give loaner cars for oil changes !! Thank you to the general manager for following through with your apology and making sure all went smoothly with my oil change that I did not receive!! Do not go to this dealer they are HORRIBLE!!!! This is the third car I have leased from them and it will definitely be my last!! More

I had the last straw today , i parked out front with LEMONS ALL OVER MY ALTIMA, they called the cops on me, but i was allowed to Protest. Theyve made a 17 yr old cry haggling over car prices , ive seen that. i mean a car that the AC electrical fails at 50,000. cmon...Never Again , Honda Forever More

Poor, poor customer service...do not expect your calls to be returned, not all staff is knowledgeable, watch the finance...they did not pay the loan balance on my trade in and I got billed for payments and late fees even though I no longer owned the car. Once it was resolved, they bounced me around making excuses when I asked for a letter to cover me in case something pops up on my credit report. They have been screwing with me on this since November. Sooo disappointed since my first 2 purchases here were excellent...will not be buying another car at this location ever again. Was there for service today and given excuses that manager was busy and could not talk to me...found it suspicious since the place was empty not a customer or browser in sight. More

It took them four different service appointments to get the car aligned properly. The $70 alignment turned into a an $1,100 power steering rack. The icy on the cake, the service person told the tires cannot be rotated in the future or they cant align the car. The attitude of one man in the service is unacceptable. February 2015, the car needs another aligment. I am in the market for a new car, Nissan of Red Bank NJ will NOT be the place. More

Recently stopped in to inquire about getting TPMS sensors programmed for my car. The person in service was not only rude acting like I was bothering him, but he was also simple. I had to explain to him 3 tim programmed for my car. The person in service was not only rude acting like I was bothering him, but he was also simple. I had to explain to him 3 times that I had bought aftermarket wheels and tires for the winter months and needed the new TPMS sensors in the tires to be programmed to my specific vehicle. He then called a technician out to us and asked him if he could do this and the technicians response was something like sure no problem I can grab the hand held remote and try programming them. The service rep then told me that it would cost $135 to do this and if the remote didn't do the trick it would cost more b/c they would have to access the car's computer. I said so basically for $135 there's no guarantee that it will work and it could potentially cost me even more? He replied yes. I almost agreed until I remembered having to have this done in the past on my old Nissan and not having to pay this much. I put the situation on hold and called the next closest Nissan dealership and was told that it was FREE for the hand held programming and $55 if that didn't work and they had to access the vehicles computer. I decided to go there instead. They charged me nothing and had me out within 15 min. I can't believe that not only was Red Bank Nissan rude and ignorant, they were going to steal $135 or more from me for something that literally took 10 min to do and required very little effort. For the record I purchased my vehicle new from Red Bank and because of this past experience I have promised myself that I will NEVER return there. For ANYTHING. More
This dealership service has gone down. I have purchased 2 cars from here, but now, I am never buying from here. I guess that is why there is so much turnover. What I am eirked about is that I was offered Free oil changes, when i had purchased the car, and last to GMs honored it. However, Ahyan Cengiz reuses to honor it, even though he looked at the service records. I was. Also told that it was noted in my service profile, but it was not. So all I had was verbal commitment. These guys are crooks and never shopping for a car here. In the future, I will take by business else where! 6/11/13 - So I called Joe Cerillo. What a waste of time. He asked me to call him to tell me what Ahyan already told me, as I did not understand what was told to me. Save your time and effort, if you are in the market for the car, and do not shop at Nissan of Redbank. More
I bought my truck at this dealership and was left with such a good buying experience I continue to use the dealership for my servicing. This particular time was my 15,000 mile service. Upon arriving I w such a good buying experience I continue to use the dealership for my servicing. This particular time was my 15,000 mile service. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile. I explained that I had a road trip coming up and would like to make an appointment for my service ASAP. Cory Newton informed me that they were slow today and he would be able to squeeze me in. He was very up front about the price and was willing to work with my specific demands. I was able to watch the full service being done without any dirty looks or repercussions from the mechanic or staff. When the mechanic pulled my truck around I was able to ask very specific questions which he answered very politely. Cory then went through my entire bill with me and asked if I had any questions. I feel like only at this dealership can I come away with a positive feeling after having parted with my money. The prices were average but the staff is exceptional More
