Buying a New Car from a dealership can be a very intimidating situation to be in and Nissan World of Red Bank made it easy, quick, painless and most of all not intimidating at all. Great experience! I was 10 months out on my lease. Using Nissan's "Pull Ahead Program" they got me out of my current lease and into a new rogue lease. Beautiful car! Last week I went into the dealership looking to trade in my lease, "Nissan Sentra"', walking into the dealership I expected to Be there for hours but the process was very quick. They offered me a beverage, my lease, "Nissan Sentra"', walking into the dealership I expected to Be there for hours but the process was very quick. They offered me a beverage, even a slice of pizza which they were ordering for lunch. I felt very comfortable working with my sales associate Eric, he made me feel like a friend and not a customer. After turning in my lease they were actually able to lower my payment on a new 2012 Nissan Sentra. I would of never expected for this to happen, this was great! During the leasing process there Finance Manager Nick came out and introduced himself, he was very friendly and explained the whole process of what was going to happen when I walked into finance. This I liked the most because I knew what to expected, I didn't walk into finance not having a clue of what was going to happen. This dealership if very friendly and customer oriented, I will defiantly be back when my new lease is ready to be turned in, and I would recommend this dealership to any and all of my friends and family. I would not recommend this dealership. Paid $2000 down and $500 each month for 39 months. I was told that it would be all, no hidden fees not a penny more that I would have to pay. Be Alert, hidden fee at the begining of the lease and at the end. I have to pay $100 extra for registration fee that were missed calculated by dealership. $175 I was charged when brought car back because one of the tire's tread was less than other three. Never mind that the truck was in perfect condition in and out ( no dents, no scratches). I was told that they will forgive $175 if I will lease with them again. I do not want to do any business with delearship who will keep me as hostage. Nissan was a great truck, bad experience with Nissan dealership in Red Bank. More

The dealership was extremely busy during the period we were shopping for our car. Even so, Brad spent a lot of time with us to make sure the car truly fit our needs. As hectic as it was, he was amazingly patient, calm and attentive to us as well to the other customers we observed him with. He truly went the extra mile throughout. 2000 Maxima has transmission problem, slips when going from 1st to 2nd. Has not always done that, started doing it after 35,000 miles. Taken car several times to dealer. Dealer first claimed that they cou from 1st to 2nd. Has not always done that, started doing it after 35,000 miles. Taken car several times to dealer. Dealer first claimed that they couldn't duplicate problem. When problem was detected on test drive, dealer claimed the problem was normal. The problem is obviously not normal, because it didn't occur when car was new, nor in any other car I have ever owned. Car is now over 60,000 warranty. On last visit the dealer manager who was new, reviewed the previous service calls and took an interest in fixing this problem. We have the car in and they are doing some adjustments. Dealer now indicates they will work with us to see problem resolved. We are keeping a hopeful, open mind on this and will update this review once these actions are complete and we can see if the problem is fixed. More
