Joe I appreciate you responding to my issue. I will certainly call you. However, you need to look at the records also. There was another GM before Ayhan Cengiz, who looked at my records of last two purchases and honored Barry's commitment. I understand that there is no grey area, however, for me, its my loss. Again, look at the records, I have been getting my car serviced with you guys since 2009. tell me where I have paid for Oil change. I would not have to go through this is you don't have so much turnover. Corey knew about this. He had told me he had noted it in my service records, but apparently he did not when last GM told him. This is not my issue, its your company's issue and the company not able to retain the workforce.

In follow-up to my previous post: General Manager of the dealership had sent me an email thanking me for my business. I was able to send him an email directly asking for assistance in resolving my issue and with a day it was resolved. I regret that the issue came up, but that the GM himself was readily available and willing to assist speaks highly for this dealership. Certainly my faith in Red Bank Nissan is restored. My situation was unique, but management resolved it. All around a good dealership. Definitely recommended.
