Haven't had a new car since 1986. All of them were Chevrolets. I considered a Nissan because 2 of my neighbors highly recommended the brand and bought their cars at your dealership. I did not realize how simple and easy it was to purchase my Versa with all the MVC paperwork done right there. I also appreciated the fact that I was given a car that was suited to my needs and no one trid to sell me anything larger and more expensive even though I looked at these models. Up to 1986 I always bought a car every 2 years. So, I'll be looking for another one in the near future and will definitely be buying another Nissan. Thanks again for such a great experience. More
This dealership service has gone down. I have purchased 2 cars from here, but now, I am never buying from here. I guess that is why there is so much turnover. What I am eirked about is that I was offered Free oil changes, when i had purchased the car, and last to GMs honored it. However, Ahyan Cengiz reuses to honor it, even though he looked at the service records. I was. Also told that it was noted in my service profile, but it was not. So all I had was verbal commitment. These guys are crooks and never shopping for a car here. In the future, I will take by business else where! 6/11/13 - So I called Joe Cerillo. What a waste of time. He asked me to call him to tell me what Ahyan already told me, as I did not understand what was told to me. Save your time and effort, if you are in the market for the car, and do not shop at Nissan of Redbank. More

Typical bait and switch. I made a commitment on a purchase with an agreed upon price for my trade-in and when I returned to make the transaction they lowered the trade-in price they had agreed to pre purchase with an agreed upon price for my trade-in and when I returned to make the transaction they lowered the trade-in price they had agreed to previously. They will say that I misrepresented the trade-in, but it was exactly as described. I have delt with this game before, but it is bad business practice, and it seemed like common practice to them. I would not recommend. More

This dealership was the best first car buying experience I ever had. I didn't feel pressured and they even let me drive the car around by myself to really get a feel for it. I had very high hopes for this dealership. Good sales staff, good deal, good stock of cars. Deal was made and went well. Financing is a nightmare. Took nearly 5 hours to leave the dealership. And its now over a month later and they have not yet refunded me money owed. Following up has been extremely tough. And their staff isn't consistent. Alot of turnover it seems. More
